Well what do i want in short:
To make l2 valid again...
1)Remove vitality consumptions if amount of incoming exp is less than for example 500kk
As result ppls will not loose vitality while doing daily quests and etc...
2)Make exp system valid and clear:
Exp you get from kartia and nightmare kamaloka baylor and etc must be static and depend on your lvl...
More ppls enter in kartia or nightmare kamaloka = more exp they get from it...
As result no one will do solo duos which greatly deflect game...
3)Remove mob waves from kartia, solo kartia and decrease power of k99 rbs and etc...
Its a basic exp instances but atm they taking too much time!
4)No exp from any open field mob/npc/rb if their lvl is higher than 84
And also no item drop from any open field mob/npc...
Ppls should take a quest, complete it and take good exp and random reward items (not 3kkk like now)
As result: no botting and etc
5)Instance zone ashen shadow revolution (gludio) is invalid!
Its hard and give nothing... You need good items and teamwork to do it but dont take anything...
As result no one doing this zone...
Power of enemy npc s there should be grealy decreased to make this instance zone valid exp based instance zone like kartia...
6)Why not to give not trade able shadow weapons to any character after lvl 95 (For example after you finish 30 days quests)
Too many ppls simple cant deal damage it would be good help...
7)Do something with invalid mystic taverns system:
There is a problem: freya and tauti are equal and twice easier than kelbim and after you add Kain which is 3 times harder than kelbim its sparta!
You entering there and pray not to have Kain ))
Why not to change it? For example you enter zone which you want, not random...
8)Frintezza not give its bottle, mystic taverns not give fragment, Tauti not give ring and give weapon only if you have a cp, and etc...
Items such as brooch and its jewels/ talismans and etc cant be taken from in game...
Change this invalid things please!
9)Impossible to get dark/bloody stones...
Gainak as only one area to take them is controlled by geared ppls...
Its like you need dark stones but to get them you must have dark sets ;))

Also can someone explain from where to take bloody stones? :)
For example switch gainak to instance zone!
10)Change 7 singns and dragon entrance zone entrance...
EVERYTHING IS BETTER THAN FAST HAND AND BOT CLICKERS WAR!
Combat zone and no lvl limit for example!
11)Remove lvl based drop penalties and other penalties inside instance zones...
Why should i have bots for everything?!
12)Make limited maximum pvp offense and defense and maximum aoe damage during pvp must be limited...
For example max pvp attack and defense 50% and max aoe damage 15k
As result no immortal imbeciles and no imbeciles who can one shot up to 3 pts ...
13)Why not to remove rb-s at all and switch kelbim to instance zone?!
Atm only 2% of players farming rbs and kelbim not even 2%...
Its main source of RMT... Why Ncsoft support rmt?! REMOVE them!!
its clear that rb system is failed and corrupted...
14)Enchant system is failed, You need to have +10 items or even more but there is no valid way to do it...
It must be like compounding, to grant that you will have +10 items after hard work...
For example blessed enchant scroll success 10-30% during +4 - +10 enchant and no penalty if fail...
And after +10 -1 enchant during fail...
15)Decrease price of advanced Kelbim/tauti/shadow to make them integrated into the game...
Right now they are worse than dark/bloody but cost same lol
16)Watch out about ingame content... When you add something to game it should be integrated
For example when you add freya and none of shuttgart npc say nothing about their princess turned into freya.. Or when you add new funny instance zone for example against dragonclaw with half story lol in which you must beat 50 elite soldier womans to save one of them lol...
And finish this story in moment when kelbim is turned into atelia commander... Like to be continued...
And many other examples...
Its really not hard to add text file to say that kelbim flee and his clan was captured and expelled from shuttgart and not hard to add some text files about it and freya to shuttgart npc s lol...
Donno why ncsoft till now did nothing about it
