Although from my point of view its funny to see you can affort a Level 2 Dragon Claw Weapon in the first place. The movie is confusing as hell knowing from its perspective it seems you cant even affort tradeable Epics, Talismans, a T-Shirt or even an Opal Level 5+ on that Char.
Alot of things dont make sense to me in this movie. Either you have a different Main Character and you re-rolled, which I highly doubt without the tradeable Talismans on your current Character. I guess you sold alot of NCoins to get the 60 Claws in-game.

PS. Good to see none of the Active Skills will work in COC or Olympiad. I guess Players are totally mistaken about them. Only DPS wise it will matter in COC and Olympiad. QQ

This caught my attention couldn't agree more on this but ofc a little bit of ncoin doesn't hurt as well :P All I can say is this there are tons of very skilled players in this game but due to the fact of the situation wherein a lot of items can't be obtain in the game but rather through $$$ being good at this game can only take you so far there will be a situation wherein no matter how good you are there's simply no way of winning when your opponent has 10x your gears :P in which case just enjoy the game as much as you can :P

If Koreans stopped stealthily changing everything all the time, then knowledge of the game would be worth something. E.g. Salvation (update 1: Gathering) removes fish stews(corrected) and bait and introduces new ones (with new rewards). I mean, I lost track counting how many times fishing has been "completely reworked" since GoD. Clearly not enough, according to NC HQ.
Now it's only your gear, which is why people RMT, since skill can be offset* with a good keyboard + mouse (including ingame macros in shortcut bars), but gear cannot.
* - effectively allowing you to cycle key targets in a blink of an eye, so you can kill the healer the same second they revive and then continue attacking MA target. You don't need clicking accuracy or mouse movement speed at all for this, just enough shortcuts with /target macros. Not to mention allowing instant retarget in olympiad/coc.

This is all good information for when I take out a second mortgage against my house and head over to MaxCheaters/EpicNPC and purchase a weapon from MAX/Nova/Whoever like the aforementioned player.
Make it lvl 3 and make all this haters to hate more ! Keep it up making a dragon weapon stage 2 is indeed a big challenge and it's worth it . I hope nc will soon put stage 1 dragon weapons on store so players can buy . Or even better if they put new stage 1 more advanced like the rulers ring of authority that paralyses target .a good idea is to put dragon armors on l2 store . So players who already got dragon weapons will have a challenge to buy something new .

Everyone is LUC'd out to the max and actually start reaching many many +10s. Imagine how many dragon weapons there will be and it no longer all that unique.
I can almost guarantee that the Russian dragon weapon promos WILL NOT come to the NCWest. IF it did come, consumer confidence on purchasing any L2store items will tarnish and degrading the NCWest businesses. Why did then the Russian get their "Everyone gets 1 or more dragon weapon fragments" event? Hey.. every market is different. I don't think the NA servers are at such dire situations.

It "appears" that NCWest "may" and that's a big may, bring dragon weapon event. Check out the Korean server event that's happening through Sep 29th. The event looks like an improved version of Heine Fishing Event with 14x more exp and possible stage 1 dragon weapons.

Thanks for the link, however, I don't see this event coming for us any time soon. I mean, compared to Korean Lineage2 players, I think we are years behind both in Level and in gears, except for the elite few...For us, most high level players are still struggling between 102-103...O O.
I think It will probably happen when the average level of NCwest Lineage2 is around 104-105. Besides, from the looks of it, it looks like NC needs to introduce a couple of more new items, too.

I agree to what you're saying about our 'premature' stage of L2 progression in the NCWest. When the dragon weapon event do show up in one form or another, people will have to get ready to drop some serious dollars to increase probability of acquiring one.

erm lol high level players were lvl 102+ 1 years ago.. only people ingame right now that are NOT 102-103 are those that don't even spend 50$ for xp boost a month and only play 1hr a day
leveling to 101+ was never this easy and for those to lazy for that plenty of pve players out there that will do the job in a matter of hours/days topz like the below guy who does it fast & smooth and not even that expensive.. much cheaper then 1 l2store event lololololol

Alrighty, I don't think it's fair to blame ipeppino for participating the siege at Chronos every 2 weeks, wiping out e.g. the entire Apex Alliance. He is just playing the game fair and square, right? To be honest, what bothers me the most is the entry level for PvP in Lineage2. I mean how much money does an average player need to enjoy PvP in Lineage2? Most players spend around 100B-200B to gear their toons for leveling, +12 Bloody weapon, +8 Bloody set, + etc. and don't you think it should be enough? It's a lot of money to spend for an MMORPG game already and now...to participate in PvP, one needs to spend even more for Dark gears and do some major upgrades involving 50B+ per 1 x item at this level. Don't you think it's rather ridiculous? They say PvP in Lineage2 is the best thing ever but is it even balanced? I mean just look at 3 x La vien Rose LvL 6 Jewel skill, i.e. M.Atk +400%. +400%! and with Dragon weapon? Seriously, It's a huge balance breaker especially when Feoh class has become the FOTM class with the GC update.
With such a great power comes the great responsibilities. At least Miso is decent enough to keep it for himself and not abuse its power.
As for Archer vs Archer, 1 on 1 type of PvP, My PvE archer in full bloody is just as strong as full dark PvP archer in 1 on 1 fight. Cuz it's just a matter of whoever gets 2-3 skill crit shots first really...maybe not for the group fight, but I am not getting into PvP when I know it's just out of balance and ridiculous. (I can afford Dragon weapon + 6 x LvL 6 Jewels btw.)
Sorry for making the botter accusation. Every big clan has some good people but also some baddies inevitably and it was an over-generalization on my part. I think I got carried away. :)
As long as there is equal gear, I actually thing the PvP is very balanced. Save for 2 things;
1. Dual tanks and healers. Perhaps not unbalancing, but makes for very lame PvP, just waiting for everyone to run out of UD and CS.
2. Dragon weps @ lvl 2 and above. I mean, how incredibly OP should one be allowed to get? 1000 attack attribute? GF.
Dragon weps should absolutely be nerfed.
More importantly, the dark stones need to be released in mass. The rarity of these is astounding. Especially with the continued policy of nerfing all means of progression. The WHALES have dragon weps, and +16 dark weps, and lvl 5 and 6 jewls, and 8-10 shirts, and now the new cloaks at +15 or better, on top of at least +10 dark armor, 7 signs, abundance 4's, you name it. The gap can be significantly mitigated if all raids, instance and fields had a useless item in the drop table changed to dark eternal stones.
Giving the average to below average player the economic ability to dark his armor would be the single biggest boost to closing the gap (outside of levels and broken dragon weps) with the least amount of impact on their precious L2 store fraud scheme they insist on operating.
Why shouldn't a dark +6 set be an easy thing to make and use once or twice a month by a PvE player? Who hates getting 1 shot at level 103+ because dark gear is sooo impossible to make its dumb to blow it on a +6 set.

even better would be if we would get this in combo with the improved R99 armor like Japan/Taiwan & China have which allows you to make any R99 armor part PVE & PVP so you don't have to get 2 separate armor sets anymore..

That would be even better than his idea. I cant imagine any situation in letting people easily bloodark their armor being disadvantageous to game play in any form. NC soft has very effectively ruined the economy to a point where there is no point in trying to deal with regular armor anymore. The bloody and or dark stones should be as easy/difficult to put on as the element stones at this point.
