I appreciate the info however, I think you are somewhat misleading (or at the least confusing) people who don't keep up to date on content from other sources.
You have already told us that our next update has a cut off of May 31st (if I remember correctly). The link you post is for the MOST RECENT update in Korea; content we will NOT see in our next expansion.

The content update linked above is the most recent live Korea update, it will not be included in the Salvation update already planned for Fall 2017.

Neutron, I have a question. In the past few weeks/months, you mentioned that you wanted to add hungry horse event for the summer.
We indeed got a farming event with the anniversary event(which was honestly pretty disappointing, especially considering the 3 month delay with which we got it), and i can see now that we won't have it for august.
So will you completely skip it this year or will you set it for a later date? And do you have any plan to bring monkey chef event back? Thank you!

Will we get 1 x Valakas/antharas bottle fragment per play like last year or 10 x Valakas/antharas bottle fragments per play like 2 years ago? 2. K95 still gives very poor drops. No more Elecyum power and the recipe drops are very rare now. Any chance there will be a boost to the drops?
You should know, people who can duo or trio K95 are the people who has spent their fortune at Nstore; don't you think they deserve to have some fun?
Even if you boost the drop of everything, it's NOT like it's gonna be ENOUGH for all the endgame gears needed for LvL 102+ content anyway. So, why keep nerfing it? What PvE content does Lineage2 have now?

I did receive one junk-tier 4 star agathion before the emergency maintenance on the 1st day. I sincerely doubt anyone throughout all 4 servers got a 5star one, even if they were boxing 20 85+ level chars, like us.

considering clanhalls, I am sure that NCwest is aware of that the Zaken server has been created out of air not long ago and that the clanhalls there were obtainable almost for free or very cheap, as there was not much adena generated/existing at the point of time when the clanhalls have been auctioned.
On the other hand, chronos` clans had to pay a huge amount of adena on the previous merge of the two old servers ( 5b+ adena back then is today like 100b+, after the inflation).
There must be a fair solution for all the involved clanleaders of either chronos` and zakens` clans. And not just mindless resetting the clanhalls as it would be no big deal. Leading furthermore to that only paytowin/solo players can rebid for the clanhalls - for the only purpose to resell them later on for personal profit.
Oly hero/castle is a much minor issue compared to the clanhall scenario.

Clan Halls and Castles should be reset.The players of Zaken are not lesser deserving a chance to get a CH, than anybody else from Chronos.
This has been done when Shilen+Bartz+Magmeld were merged, we also lost great deal if adena, but you'll get over it eventually.
Also what will be the new server name?What time zone?Since both servers got similar, but not the same time zone.EST time maybe?

I should just speak for myself, but I suspect most people on Zaken would prefer Chronos' time zone. In all other matters, I'd like to see this treated as a merger, not an absorption. Whatever is going to happen, I'd really appreciate the details as soon as possible, as I (and, given the time of year, I suspect many others) will be on vacation the last week before the merge.

Meh, Naya (or Fria, the codename for the merged server) would just feel too crowded in certain cases. Perhaps with Salvation clan overhaul and legacy stuff removal it would be better, but I think that didn't make it into our Salvation version we get by November 2017.

I think that merge is going to be announced for October or November anyways. Both severs are below the 2500 players threshold.

nah best he waits with that until after next update is released as there are quite some changes going to happen next update on Tank / ISS / Healer classes so then you'll have have the option to change your weapon and to maybe do something with your dual class instead..
best would be of course if NC would provide those services for free during the first Month of the next update seeing how we got zero choice in the matter here but at a minimum Red Libra time and chaos essence I would say!
merging naia + freya might put them right at the server capacity cap as at times it may hit 5+k players which is cool if them servers are stable enough these days to handle that ;)
no real reason for NCWest to do so though as both are having enough online numbers to run on their own as neither goes below 2k except when prime sleeping time for their timezones

Cap on the server... I'm sure is something they can change. Just looking at numbers doesn't give you the whole picture of the state of the server.

Max SA stage is 15, always has been. There were a few social exploiters who had weapons with s15 SAs, but that CS error has since been undone.

We will never get an event that simply gives away +16 weapons to start enchanting with, stop dreaming. Korea still seems to have more SAs than we do though (by this, I mean SAs and not stages).
What enchant scrolls will be used? What will be the enchant success rates and will those rates be stated, as with skill enchants, or not, as with item enchants? How will these cloaks be obtained and what, if any, restrictions will be placed on their use. Nice tease to get us interested, but how about some details on how these will work? Thanks.

New, if enchant fails, enchant grade goes down by 1 rather than reset.
Sometimes I think they sit in a room in NCsoft and think of ways to break the game these cloaks stats are insane and are no way in the reach of someone who doesn't spend $20k+ on them
You guys are freaking out for no reason. These are not game breaking. Even "if" someone gets a +20 PvP Cloak it still pales in comparison to how unbalanced stage 1+ Dragon Weapons are.
Seriously, have any of you really taken the time to think about how this can/will effect PvP? Take the PvP Cloak for example;
+ PvP Damage is nice but you have to give up 5%, 10%, 15% PvP resist (Castle/Nevit Cloak) and 2/3 stats.
Topaz effect? Worthless outside oly.
A bit more CP? LOL
CP reduction proc? LOL (hi archers)
Granted the dmg increase while imobile "can" be huge but in a stacked PvP party you are hardly ever imobile. It might be big in oly but again, you have to get it to +18 before you even get the first lvl of it.
Outside of the PvP cloak; who cares. In fact, I would like to see most players drop $50, make a +7/8 PvE Cloak and do 15%~ more dmg in PvE.

most people are rocking with nevit cloaks since if gives pve/pvp resist 10%. I'm just surprised that NCwest decided to bring cloaks before enchantable hair accessories. Not to mention that NCwest doesn't have Augmentable Boss Jewels/World Olympiad Weapons that might require those cloaks.

I do agree on Red Libra but that it should be at same time of next update considering the many changes to ISS / Tank / Healer classes so then less ppl will emo quit but just try something else out :)

We can only fix typos but we’ll provide more details once we have finalized the event typos and rewards but we intend to gift 10 day plastic pink hair accessory. Thank you for supporting us all these years!
Server Population & Character Transfers
Due to an unforeseen issue with our support tools Server Transfers have been offline much longer than originally intended since being disabled ahead of Grand Crusade launch on March 22.
Work to address this issue is ongoing and we’ll provide an update as soon as we have more information.
We’ve been evaluating player population disparities among Servers, particularly Freya, and discussing potential steps to best improve the situation.
As a course of action is determined we’ll follow up with everything you need to know.
We look forward to making Sept. another successful month for Lineage II and its community. Thank you all for your involvement and contributions—we couldn’t do it without you!

but NC Korea is busy, bacuse they are planing to introduce new Ertheia male race/gender( probably gunner+mag(wynn?)
Probably we will get September preview tommorow, becuse one from team will log to make post with " Tuesday" maintenance.
