With this maintenance:
The L2 Store is being updated for August with the return of Abundance Talismans (http://www.lineage2.com/en/news/store-promos/l2-store-august-update-08082017.php).
A 50% EXP bonus event will be active until August 30.
The 13th Anniversary event concludes, all associated event items will be deleted, and Veteran pack rewards will be removed from the L2 Store.
The following bug fix will be applied:
Fixed an issue where Fire Element skill toggle could be activated on ineligible Feoh Wizard classes.
Standard database maintenance and application restarts will be performed.
The title of this thread will correctly state Wednesday and not Tuesday. Finally. (My bad).
Other updates and reminders:
Zaken will be merged with Chronos on August 23, and Server Transfers remain discounted (http://www.lineage2.com/en/news/announcements/server-transfer-zaken-merge-update-06262017.php) until September 28.
Note that the Server Transfer service will not be available August 16–30 in order to ensure that the merge process is as smooth as possible.
Likewise, Account Service Name Changes will be unavailable August 16–30 on Chronos and Zaken.

However, we asked if any changes like this if we could please be given patch notes on in the future so that we can properly inform players.

When we asked to put 7s energy in the l2store we meant we want to pay x ncoins for a real 7s energy 100% so we can get a 7s talismand for a reasonable price without getting it from the rmters. We din't meant that we want to play with boxes like a 6 months old baby does with cubes.

50% bonus xp event? I am not seeing the bonus xp applied. I have full vitality 200%. Discovery pack xp 50% bonus and 10% from accessory.
Base xp 3 mil.
Vitality Bonus adds 3 mil
Discovery pack adds 1.5 mil
Accessory adds 0.3mil
Event should add another 1.5 mil right
Total should be 9.3mil xp
But I am only getting 7.8 mil....missing 1.5 mil bonus.

As i understand from Elmar discussion then we must wait some time doe to they have lot of incompleteness in last update... so i hope sooner or later will be some fixes... and we have something ~ 6 month to monitor this update... and pts server in ru Lineage also will be some time before patch release. There will be some test video and then we will see reality +/-.

What you say is correct - the documentation of the "Etina's End" update is still incomplete. In the meantime the hunting ground descriptions have been put up (I have linked them [here (http://boards.rochand.com/viewtopic.php?f=56&t=2051#p36671)]) but the detailed patchnotes in the Powerwiki and especially more information about the renamed weapons are still missing.
But keep in mind, the bug which was probably caused by Slashers and Dual Swords now having the same category name was fixed on Wednesday. If Frenzy etc. not working with SoS on a Retributer were a bug, they probably would have fixed that too. So chances are high that in this case we have not a bug but an intended measure against players using un-Awakened characters in post-85 hunting grounds.
In any case, that update will only hit us next year. So there is still plenty of time to enjoy your Retributer-wielding Titan :)
For me most interesting is wynn, if changes will totally ruin also pve dmg then i must consider to switch to twink. and prepare him to future game or hope that will be possible to change main to another class. as i notice in current pts tests then SOS will not work with ex retributer, at least crit dmg boost. also due to changes is impossible to use tauti axe, so no use from transforms....
