Questions about that Cloaks:
- are the cloaks tradeable? Same question for spirit stones / enchants / ancient enchants
- using enchant will have a chance to break the shirt starting at +4 as usual? Or these are blessed enchants only resetting the cloak to +0 upon failure?
- what does the Legendary Scroll for 50 Hero Coins do? Will I need this scroll and a +11 normal shirt to transform it into a Legendary shirt or what ?
- Spirit Stone - Ancient Kingdom: These are 5 random Spirit Stones or what ?

1. Monthly preview release is becoming later and later, this month's released when August has run 4 days. Compared to last year's posts, those preview were always posted in the last week of previous month, or first date of the month latest, so players can get the pictures of what will be going in upcoming month as soon as possible.
2. Month previews (especially 2 months recent) are becoming less accurate. They missed some event information to put on it, it's like a sudden idea to bring some events up in the running month. In example: I don't see Brooch & Jewel event in July preview, but that event was up for 3 weeks in July. And this month? Do you guys notice this Ancient Kingdom Cloak event mentioned on August preview?
If you need more time to post monthly preview (and causing delay to post the preview), at least you should come up with accurate preview then.
As a common player, I don't really mind with these kind of sudden event that "suddenly" come up in your mind. More new events is better. But, what's the point of posting monthly preview if it doesn't include the whole pictures of the month? :rolleyes:

Elmoreden is the PvP cloak. Your looking at the page wrong, the graphic for each cloak is above the corresponding name.
Would you expect anything else as far as rates/luck? Get your wallet ready if you want a chance at something good. x.x

What counts for NCWest as a fully owned subsidiary is the Korean fiscal year, which is equivalent to the solar year according to the Western calendar (December 31 is the last day of the fiscal year) :)
The problem is more that the Iron Tiger Studios (http://us.ncsoft.com/en/about-us/#ncsoft_west_unveils_iron_tiger_studios) in San Mateo are more than half a year behind schedule - so far not one single mobile game has even made it into a beta version. More than 100 employees drawing a salary every month without generating any revenue. And that's not taking into the consideration the huge investment in mobile games that is made at the head office in Seoul: Aion Legions, Blade & Soul Mobile ...

I have continuously paid the subscription fee for my account from August 2007 to November 2011, when the game went "free to play", even when I was abroad and could not play (it was simply too much hassle to discontinue the payment). But that was a different game.
I would certainly not pay for the current version of the game, no matter whether by subscription or L2Store, and I strongly recommend everybody to do the same. When the revenue from L2@NCWest goes towards zero, not even generating Neutron's salary any more, the servers will be shut down and the pixels of all the credit card heroes will go up in smoke. This will fill me with deep satisfaction :D
Low ppl will buy this, if would be for forex. 1600 ncoins more ppl will buy then now so more cash for ncwest...anyway, there are more better thinks for hero coin then just so expensive app...
