Is the Elemental Burst's freeze/ faint/ stun a mental attack?

Is the chance of those effects dependent on mental attack success, like using Orphen + Antharas + Dual mental skill + w/e ?

There are 2 different kinds of stuns in Lineage2. One is physical stun type(shadow Chase/Othell) and the other is the mental stun type(Bluff/Othell.)

As I know, all feohs are casters, so I think it falls into the category of Mental Stun Type.
