What's the best strategy to get +10 and +15 cloak?

Use normal scrolls until +10, trade for Legendary, use blessed scrolls?
Use normal until +7, trade for Legendary, use blessed scrolls until + 10 or +15?

8000 Ncoins, I get +75 normal scrolls or 8000 Ncoins for +50 Legendary enchant scrolls. What's the method everyone is using?

I'd say maxed out LUC, normal scrolls to +10, trade for legendary version, then ancient legendary scrolls to +15.

Try to get your LUC to 60 and pray to God or Satan or whomever you prefer ;)

Their is no "blessed scrolls", this mean even if you are +10 or +15 or +19. If you fail you decrease your enchant lvl by 1. At any lvl and any cloack status, lengendary or normal.

He sure meant the "Ancient" Scrolls that can decrease the enchant-lvl as well upon failure, but give a 10% success bonus.

For the cloaks it works, most sheeple I know, made at least one +15 legendary, some of them multiple.

So just buy 80-160k ncoin as you usually do and fire away.
