Why there is not a reward for making +20 cloaks? making +20 cloak is though.
Events such as the Hungry Horse instant buy and delivery from the L2 Store is getting boring. How about Birth of Draco (http://www.lineage2.com/en/news/events/birth-of-draco-part-iii.php) instead? Atleast the Players need to do some effort opening eggs first before getting to the part where you take the rewards ... I am beginning to hate these instant cash, grab and instant reward Events. I did enjoy the ones where you had to actually do something before taking the Rewards. Action Type events such as Smashing Pumpkins with Chrono weapons or opening Eggs with Agathion Skills, that kind of stuff.
I also agree that the Red Libra event should be the first Event starting right after the next update of Salvation.

Neutron is realistic as he knows a Red Libra will need to be held when next update is released which from the looks of it might quite well be around end October so obviously he's going to wait for that..
Last year's Hungry Horse event was just a disappointment. Does the Dev team know it takes 1,000 bottle fragments to make 1 Soul Bottle? and it takes 10 x soul bottles to make 1 x Blessed Valakas or 1 x Blessed Antharas?
That's 10,000 Soul Bottle Fragments to make 1 x Blessed Valakas/Anthy and yet Last year...the Hungry Horse event play gave only 1 x Fragment...LOL
Also, with the Grand Crusade update, the importance of Elemental attribute attack has become very significant, so much so that, people prefer +50 Attack attribute Tiara rather than the +5%p.attack/+3 str, +10%M.attack/+3 int hair Accessories. 2 years ago was great. The Kelbim and Tauti weapons just came into the game, so everybody was wanting them but also gave 10xbottle Fragments per play....
Anyways, I think I am gonna play some just for the maphr's scrolls but that's about it I think. Even that...I shouldn't play a lot cuz they get deleted after the event so...Sorry NC, I am not gonna play the event all the way just for the few Top rewards which is almost impossible to win. If you want people to play, you need to provide some good medium range rewards. Seriously, if you need some INgame Advice on what's needed and popular in the current Lineage2 game market, what players want and need, I am willing to offer my help. Just ask me anything Via my Mail and I will tell you what I know. You don't need to pay me anything(yeah it's Free for you) and I will keep the INFO only to myself and not tell anyone.

This is an event that you can do the items or buy them with Ncoins, this helps the players who can not spend with real money in the game. I only hope that this year has better prizes and more chances to win something good, because last year the odds were terrible...

I would like to ask why you change the rewards on fishing rods and why there wasn't any official announcement from your side about this change.
As far i know, please correct me if i am wrong, the only way to get a fancy fishing rod is only the L2store (by paying real money). When someone giving his money to buy something, there are some specifications. In our case, 1 fancy fishing rod should reward the player with 1 billion adena per month. Now, this decreased to 1/3.
My question? Is that legal from your side to change these specifications from something that you are selling for real money, without any announcement to the people which they paid for it?

You paid Ncoins, not real money, those are 2 completely different things.Also you shouldn't have any expectations of income, it may change, decrease, increase at any give time.
I don't like the nerf, but it's there and you have to deal with it (buy ncoins to compensate).

There is one simple event that can solve all your problems
Shadow Weapion event all new players will be able to develop if they are lucky, (I burned a few dozen before I hit +10) but with +6 you can already to allinstances 99.
Changing the difficulty of Gludio to the same level as kama 99 so after the event ppl will be able to put a shadow on the gears ---> all solvet problems
such a shadow player will be able to think of collecting on r99 weapion99 or to be disciplined knowing that he will always have a weapon to exp
I've been waiting for a while for the horse event since the only armor app i ever liked was in it (musketeer), unfortunately, last year i wasn't strong enough to farm the carrots nor rich enough to buy them.
Today i see that that the event finally comes back, but after the rewards list is finally published, I notice that only 1 app will be available, and not the one i waited for. Is the app planned to be added an another future event? was this a mistake? or is it just not planned to be added again?

Why not make the ability to change duals available all of the time? It would not change the nature of the game in any fundamental way and would be a service to the many people who want to try something new. Of course, in light of recent developments, it's hard to say NCSoft is very interested in doing a service to its remaining customers . . . .

True Salvation would be that they kept the drop/adena rates back to normal and that the L2Store lowered it's prices. :)
compared to the Korean servers Freya & Naia are healthy servers so a merger won't happen any time soon, best accept that and if not like your server transfer/restart elsewhere

Who knows, there might be real news this time about the next update or red libra for example. Or maybe about the next nerf that will force us to quit or spend more money. Who exactly cares about the broken agathions that we currently have, unavailable from anywhere but the Item broker and old fishing + some not so productive events.They must go the way they went in Korea and most likely that's what's gonna happen here too, quite normal.
I have blessed one and I don't care much what will happen to it after the update, it's quite useless anyway.Actually lately I use much more the Rudolph, for the 10 speed than anything else.

Sorry we haven't gotten a clear update on this yet, the Development Team is out of office this entire week and we have a lot of stuff on stand by until they are back in to follow-up with us.
If the changes to Agathions somehow makes the existing items being sold worse than they currently work, we can work with Dev on that for a solution.
What's amazing is the silence. They don't post a preview. They don't explain why it's late. They don't apologize. They don't say they aren't doing previews any more. They just ignore us. What other business could hope to operate that way?

2 questions. As the Wynn is concerned what skills will change , what will happened? My main and dual is Wynn 103 so I am totally nurfed/op from next update....
As Naia concerns will it be any merge or something? Naia is totally dead very few parties for altar/af. Low players cannot success in kama 99 lvl with med gear. The gap is raising between 103+ and 99-.
A small conclusion about fishing... aden has less lag from 500 800 fishermen redused to 30 40....
For a further update please put any instances away from aden.....

I criticized the new NCWest team more than once in the last weeks, there's major room for improvements mostly in communication, these boards here feel like an abandoned wasteland which is a shame.
Still that doesn't make the game itself less good, I almost always have fun whenever I log. Even on the dead-PVE-1-sided server I play on ;)
But I know the game is full of idiots like you that play a game they obviously hate out of nothing but sheer addiction. No offense but it must suck to be you :)

Many are waiting for their gemstones/bres scrolls to be sold; as well as many try to trade their weapons; and this event ruins this market.
Guys, if we're in to have a very dull october, (nothing has been announced), it's fine, just please consider extending the weekend XP rates for the remainder of the month, it's only 2 more weekends than what was originally planned.
