I mean I understand he could make a clan on his toon, capture a fortress, make a wywern, reach the roof, summon himself and farm from there.
But is it legit?
He's unreachable and can kill anyone, which is completely advantage...

Just send a Ticket to the Support Team. It's an exploit. It's not game intended like this. I know a handfull of Players who got banned for the same reasons on Zaken. It's exploiting the Servitors sending them behind/below/above the walls when it's unable for players nor monsters to attack the Master itself, because he is using a spot where you can not get to with any of the normal conventional methods. This is one of the reasons why some area's are blocked from Wyverns/Summoning in-game in last few patches.
i remember a clanmate that has a saved teleport to the roof of the building in parnassus. he like to port there and summon some clannies while waiting for enemies :)

You are totally wrong. The Servitors don't matter, it's the Masters location NCwest cares about. As long as the Master is unreachable for other Players to attack he is taking an advantage against other Players. He is using a glitch/bug inside in-game area's, which is not game intended. Simply, because roofs are not meant to be roads and there is no stairs leading to them.

I've seen him there too, it's obviously an exploit.
Are we starting the discussion in the style of "if you attack monsters with bow from a steep hill so that monsters cannot move in a straight line towards you and first must move a long way towards where they can ascend the hill, then you are subject to ban for exploiting" AGAIN? I bet that topic is still somewhere within the archive section.

Actually that still is and has always been banneable just cause it has not often been enforced in say the last 5 years doesn't change that fact lol
killing mobs/abusing terrain graphics flaws to make it so your char can't be hit by mobs or war tags (person in the picture has several wars up) while afk farming is an exploit duh
anyways in current game it just means a slap on the wrist and a temp ban at best
