The reason why people do RMT?
Cuz they just pay and get what's promised. IMHO if NC wants to stop the RMT, they just need to look at the Nstore itself and think...don't even need to think hard now...I did the thinking for you; just look at my numbers! LOL

Seriously NC, Some people have spent $200 USD for cloak enchanting and got +0 cloak...How do you think it feels? Don't you think you need to have some kind of safe mechanism for people who pay?

To buy something for $$$, that thing first needs to come from somewhere. Let's say a +15 Legendary PVP cloak. Someone must spend that 2-3k usd on enchanting it first and then eventually selling it for $$$, which might actually prove to be even pricier that doing it yourself.
End of story.

Not necessarily true. A lot of EndGame gears in the RMT market come from the People who are quitting, so usually a lot cheaper than the production costs. For them, they've enjoyed using the gears, they got the entertainment value, so they don't mind not getting the full money back.(I think this kind of RMT is something that should be allowed by NC btw. Maybe NC can be the middle man and take some commission? It will be good for the players leaving but also good for the starters for getting things cheap. NC will keep releasing the new items and promos anyways. LOL)
Also, 1 in 5 gets lucky in enchant gambling in whatever the form and decides to sell while the other 4 fail miserably. The thing is people who get lucky don't usually realize how lucky they are, only to find out its true value after the selling.
