+8 Blessed TW LA is much better: 14% Skill masterty & -10% Skill cooldown(this is the Big one) also +14 more P.def overall(well not much but still higher!)
It's a good set to use before you get +8 bloody or + 10 Bloody or Dark. For an archer it's good until 102~103 even!
For Light sets, +8 Blessed TW ----> +8 eternal LA ---> +8/+10 Bloody/dark
For heavy armor sets, +8 Blessed TW heavy = +8 eternal heavy BTW.
I have used +8 Bless TW Heavy for a long time with my tank and I can tell that it is even good for AF and Altar instances.
Of course you will need for example a few more good items to be able to do these two instances with that set, for example Longing, Abu 1, Anakim and some brooch jewels also.

+8 Blessed TW Heavy = The most Cost Effective set in the game and the most versatile, good for Tank, Iss and Tyrr Classes.
Fixed, no self respecting tyrr is gonna use heavy anymore :D
Depends on the occasion and the Level really. If you are 99+ and can afford +8 Bloody LA set and all the other stuff then yeah LA is better...that's if you can afford everything. However, if you got +12 Bloody weapon and up, and you have the Light set, then you are gonna aggro so much. Is this what you want? Cuz I see so many DDs getting 1 shotted at instances sometimes especially when they are fresh LvL 99 or 100. As long as you don't die at instances like Gludio or AF, then yeah... I think LA is better.
Also, if you can AOE solo in LA set then yeah LA is better. But also depends on your Dual class, too. Getting the 2 sets of gears and changing them constantly whenever changing main and dual is rather inconvenient, I'd say.
Obviously +8 Blessed TW Heavy set is not the endgame gear. It's R85. But like I said, it's Cost Effective and Versatile for 85+
You take it too serious ...but if you insist I ment you can do your job in pve very good without posesing a bloody set assuming you are not naked and have some other items like Abu lvl1 etc.All of that for saving for a dark set...
Hell, I have a r99 set heavy+8 armor pve and gaiters bless and on tyrr I take so few damage i must ask others to low me to use berseker...

Depends on the class I'd say. My Iss used to do 2 x AF in +6 eternal set + LvL3 Dia + 15 con dye + 4 Apo cutter HP/Speed+HP 2SA and it worked just fine. He was doing AOE debuff all the time and didn't die so everyone was happy.
But for DD classes, bloody option is almost mandatory at high level unless they are incredibly stacked. The difference is huge. Some parties can't even do AF under 20 minutes, so 2 x cakes needed for 2 x AF. While some other parties can do 1 x AF under 20 minutes, so only 1 x Cake is needed. The full bloody party, however, can do 1 x AF under 10 minutes, so they do 2 x AF + the faction with 1 x cake, or even 2 x AF + Altar with 1 x cake...
It's huge. Even for Kama solo, the difference between under 30 minutes or not can mean the difference of buffing twice and using 2 x Rose/Pa'agrio or just 1 x each. The true bloody DD can do 2 x Kama solo under 30 minutes, taking less than 15 minutes for each run, so only 1 x buff is needed.
