The fact that players acquired a fancy fishing rod (or even several of them) thinking that they could acquire numerous elcyum powders in a short time and benefit quickly from the sale of them became the valid argument quoted by Neutron on the adena influx generated on servers ... 200bi of daily adena divided among the 4 servers ... for a long time went like this. (Now are 3 servers)
Although I thought that the real CAUSE was that the players bought one or several fancy fishing rods by the acquired XP from fishing, as well as by the fishing faction (although nowadays we know that such faction is unnecessary)
Although i know today's players acquire such fancy fishing rods by the CONSEQUENCE that will come. There will catch many powerful fishes, so I can exchange for many elcyum powders and so i can get a lot of adena and get rich.
After all, fancy fishing rod did not come with the design of being a breeder of elcyum powders,
but the players saw this gap and we already know what happened, to the point of NCWest take such an unpopular attitude to the customers/players placed here.
A viable solution to all this would be for NCSOFT to develop a new species of fishing rod, which would have the following description: You have the chance to get double or triple of powerful fishes when fishing, when equipped.
And mark my words: Many players would not hesitate to buy that new fishing rods. :cool:
P.S: I will give a free advice to those who were potentially harmed and other whiners.
If you really have any expectations or hopes that the fishing exchange rate will be reversed or improved in the future (which can turn out to be 4: 3 or 4: 4 or any other ratio that is fair in the players' eyes)
THAT PLEASE: GATHER ALL POWERFUL FISHES AS YOU CAN WHILE YOU KEEP FISHING FOR THE NEXT SEASONS, PASS THE AUTUMN, COME WINTER, COME BACK MONTHS, but do not dare to trade your powerful fishes during this 12:3 rate period.
