At this point you might as well remove elcyum obtainable with in-game methods in general, you already removed it from ANY accessible instances!
Geez man... There is currently 2 methods obtaining adena
1: L2-store buying crap and selling to people
2: Killing raid bosses which is done only by few people on daily basis

I wonder if any of GMs or Admins ever tried to play their own game starting from 0 and estimate how much he/she has to play in order to reach current top tier players.

I think you ever understood what is an MMORPG ...
It's not a MOBA guys ... or a FPS or anything like that ...
More time you play more advantage you get from new ppl. You think that you can reach back ppl that playing since 6 years + in few months only ? Yes some ppl are using their credit card to take more advantages, or reach the top players faster than they should in normal time, and then ? It's not 90% of base players. Thoses are probably not even 1 or 2% of base players ..
Stop dreaming guys, if you wanna reach them, start play more, and more efficiently. That the key of any MMORPG games => TIME !

"Time" + "effort" +"no CCs" = you seriously can't even follow your own solution => time + adena drops can't even pay for shots to lvl.
The 'community' as a whole is at fault because of the 'fix or quit' knee jerk responses....as was stated earlier - give NC what they advertise & stop spending money.....start tier 2 global wars (void of nova/ms)....or hell go war in dion with lvl 20s....both choices are viable and a hell of a lot more productive than telling NC what they already know and don't care to fix....ppl must have a big azz to fit all that smoke blown up there! :)

From the 1st to the 10th is early September; from the 11th to the 20th is mid September (the period we are now in) and; from the 21st to the 30th is late September. You can also divide it in 2 if you want from the 1st to the 15th is beginning of September; from the 15th to the 30th is end September. Either way the result is the same.
The announcement said LATE september which means we are most likely going to get it on September 27th, but if they are ready it could be up on September 20th, (but to keep your expectations in check, I would not think it'd be up in this date).
