All game servers will be down for maintenance beginning Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 4am PDT / 6am CDT / 7am EDT / 1100 GMT (https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/?qm=1&lid=8,6,5,0&h=8&date=2017-9-20&sln=4-7.5) and ending at approximately 7:30am PDT / 9:30am CDT / 10:30am EDT / 1430 GMT. Estimated downtime is 3 hours 30 minutes.

With this maintenance:

Hungry Horse IV (http://www.lineage2.com/en/news/events/hungry-horse-event-09192017.php) begins! This event and associated bonus server settings will be active until October 18, 2017.
Standard database maintenance and application restarts will be performed.

Other updates and reminders:

Server Transfers remain discounted by 90% (http://www.lineage2.com/en/news/announcements/server-transfer-zaken-merge-update-06262017.php) until September 28.

how long is the account management going to be down?

As just one small example of the customer service the community is yearning for: 2 hours have come and gone, but not a word from NCWest on any social media or here in the thread. Literally everyone over there too busy to let all your customers know its going to take an extra half hour?

And to no surprise whatsoever, servers down an extra 4+ hours, with only a 15 minute warning to supposed 2 hour maintenance and no compensation whatsoever to their players. Many who paid good hard-earned money for runes. GG NCWest.

answer me conguero. why does this ridiculous drop rate? You do not seem to be there for the players. you should at least set this drop rate, and if you are in doubt ask the players what they thought of this event that became a crapper per caisa of that drop rate.
