4,000 x pouches I tried(160,000 Carrots) and No JackPot for me either; but I got enough Elcyum(5 x Elcyum, 15 x Elcyum Crystal, 380 Elcyum Power) to upgrade Abundance LvL1 ---> LvL3 and almost enough to make LvL4, Upgraded Hellfire ---> Desire(300 Giant's energy) on my alt, 500 x Maphr's scrolls...the best I got was 1 x Valakas soul Bottle....Last Hungry Horse event, so I didn't really care and just wanted to see but a little disappointed.
I think this event is either JackPot or Low rewards. Not enough soul bottle frags like it used to and Lots and Lots of insane Kelbim + frenzy Tauti frags...like enough to make 10 x each lol...
I am pretty sure any excess Tauti and kelbim should be gone after this event.

1. One year ago, I asked Juji to remove Kelbim/Tauti from the reward list.
-----> Dev team did but gave us 1 x Valakas/Antharas Frag instead.
(2 years ago was 10 x bottle frags easy with good chance)
2. So this year, I suggested many time here in the forum to boost the number of frags back to 10 x each again like 2 years ago.
-----> Dev team did but the chance of winning the frags are very low now.
out of $400 USD hungry horse play, I got 30 x valakas bottle fragments + 1 x Valakas bottle, 50 x Antharas bottle fragments. We need 10,000 bottle fragments to get 10 x soul bottles to make 1 x Blessed Valakas or 1 x Blessed Anthy. So with this event chance we need to play 300 x $400 USD to make 1 x Blessed Valakas and 200 x $400 USD to make 1 x Blessed Anthy.
or around $80,000 USD ~ $120,000 USD.
Now I am beginning to think Dev team has got some great sense of humor. LOL? I am kinda sad that this is the last hungry horse event but also glad that it's over finally and I don't need to talk about it no more.
From now on, I think I will just do what most people do, which is just play the game and stay away from the Nstore Gambling. I got enough stuff already to enjoy the game and has already paid NC centuries worth of subscriptions, so I think I will try to enjoy the game as it is...and see how it goes.

Well, if it's selling at the store, even worse, NCsoft is desperate to make money, but, I understand, she has totally lost control of the game, everything now makes it easier to store sales, see the covers example, making the game increasingly unbalanced, but, this is all NCsoft West's fault, which allowed players to benefit from the bots, and hobbled several other players who could be playing and consuming Ncoins.
I would suggest Players not to purchase/open the Galup's Special Luck Pouches this time. The drop chances of certain items have deteriorated compared to previous Hungry Horse events.
Frenzied Tauti's Small Fragment and Insane Kelbim's Small Fragment can be destroyed/deleted on sight. There is no need/use for them without proper supply of Kelbim and Tauti Crystals to even start crafting the Enhanced versions of these weapons. I wondered if NCwest mixed up between the Insane Fragments and Crystals? Kelbim need 10 Crystals and 1 Insane Fragment. The market being flooded with 1 million Insane Fragments without a supply of x 10 Crystals for each Craft = USELESS.
The balance between Ancient Book: Divine Inspiration (Beginner) [5th SLOT] and Ancient Book: Divine Inspiration (Intermediate) [6th SLOT] is totally wasted. IMO the drop chances are totally messed up. Players are taking 10 6th SLOT books before even taking 1 5th SLOT book. IMO it should have been vice versa. 5th SLOT books should have dropped 10 times more then the 6th SLOT books, that are supposedly more RARE. ATM the Intermediate can also be NPC'ed/Deleted/Destroyed the moment you take them.
EWR; BEWR and Elcyum all can be brought to the NPC the moment you take them for sell.
IMO the drop chances of the following items should have been bigger:
Superior Giant's Codex - Chapter 1;
Superior Giant's Codex - Mastery Chapter 1;
Ancient Book: Divine Inspiration (Beginner);
Bottle Fragments (any);
Source of the Emperor;
Ring of Creation.
Last year after opening 1.000 Galup's Special Luck Pouches you would take average ~75 Source of the Emperor. Now after opening 1.000, if you are lucky, only 2!
Other Drops are same as previous year. Full Soul Bottles, decent as expected. Average 1 per 1.000. Dark & Bloody Eternal Stones, fair amoounts per 1.000. Especially if u like to get Bloody Set now.

It's totally normal, if you didn't notice, it was like that several promos now. Are you trying to think selectivity?!?
The promo is fine, the sheeple will spend, the f2p will not and most likely quit.
Yeah I was really gutted this time I bought 60 pouches off a player and only got a Blessed Antharas, 5th buff slot book, loads of EAR/EWR
