Starting on Sunday, September 24 at 6am PDT / 9am EDT / 1300 GMT (https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/?qm=1&lid=8,6,5,0&h=8&date=2017-9-22&sln=6-14), the payment system will undergo maintenance for approximately 8 hours. During this time, you may continue to purchase and spend NCoin, but Prestige Pack subscriptions will be unavailable. If you are considering purchasing Prestige Pack, please be sure to do so prior to the maintenance.

Hi,

Maybe along with the ability to purchase NC items, you would be kind enough to answer some questions so we (i.e. customers) can decide 'WHY' we would purchase.

Specifically (was originally directed to Neutron - but feel free to comment)

Since you now seem to be on Forums and acknowledging some posts, maybe you would be so kind to make a few comments on the following. As you advertised you have been here 8 yrs, this forum account is 13 yrs old and my initial character soon to be 14...all in all it would be very kind of you to deliver some type of response/commentary:

1) I have done my part and been a 'good NC customer' by buying event items to raise adena in order to outfit 3 characters upon my return. The gear/items purchased represent a decent am't of $ put on NC Coins in order to raise adena via purchasing event items and selling them pre-opening.

Problems:
a. No place to sell them, why? Twi +8 sets should be easily traded for adena and/or between players...robe for la....la for hvy etc etc.
- Where are the new players into the game?
- What is NC doing to attract new players to the game?
- Why isn't NC providing support for the liquidity of items through NPC Trading?
- Is it not NC's purpose to facilitate the liquidity of its items? Keep in mind the alternative here is to leave players sitting in towns with 6 month old sell shops ( do not use the scapegoat please of asking too much -deal with the intent of the question) before finally giving up and walking away.

b. Why if you chose to scrap adena from drops, do you not L2 Shop all items?
- Do you understand the pricing of items in the game is ridiculous relative to the % outcome and the 99% of your market?
- What is so hard to understand how to price items at an affordable rate to your entire customer base?
- Do you not see that your current pricing model combined with the atrocious return rate does two things:
i. widens the gap between players,
ii. bleeds even your whales dry. let alone the mid-tier people who have just given up. If somehow NC has lost sight of the value of $50 USD on an event focusing only on the whales, then maybe someone should find the correct path and soon.

c. Why is there no 100% L2 Shop Red Libra - for weapons & gear? Unannounced game changes occur leaving customers in the lurch - is this smart?

d. Why can you not L2 Shop Main Class changes? People level to 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105......they are expected to start from scratch...is that realistic given the time it takes? Is that realistic given there is no liquidity in the game? Do you not realize that the game is not static - clan changes, cp changes, people getting fed up etc etc etc. The NC answer is to START OVER? Please don't say skill/race/gender purchased add-ons - RESET THOSE TOO to w/e the base char is but keep lvl.

So someone get's bored and wants to try a new type of toon next month...why do you care....if they are geared they spent money and continue to...why do you want to put up such a wall in front of them?

e. Why aren't all items Dimensional within an account? The 'Go buy more' or 'Go start again' doesn't bode well for NC currently - so why do you not change this?

f. Do you not realize that this is supposed to be a entertainment game. What first impression do you give any new player when basically your welcome states to "S T F U" and you are not allowed to talk, meet anyone, discuss pros and cons of different clans etc....this one is so unbelievable *****'ed it's beyond words.

These are just a few quite RELEVANT questions that people should be able to hear answers to. They are not 'trade secrets', they're just answers to what should be simple questions. There is no parity or resemblance to currently, or for any foreseeable future. What are you doing about it?

*Update: 5 hrs no response* Reminds me of in-game % success rates. Asked nicely for simple answers - shouldn't be tough.

you guys have to sit with your team and make some meetings about this game.. yours servers wont last like this , and i am sorry about that cz i love l2 spender or not. honestly you need to find a way to bring new ppl and keep them logged in the 80% off ppl join here go until lvl90-95 and they cant get their stuff they stuck with event items for ever .find a formula that will let them get "fast" lvl up some items like clean r99 "easy" (raid drop, mob ,drop, dailies) i dont know how its not my job to know:P and when ppl get at this level and can play probably they will buy nc coins to get some extra drop or one rare item that show up, with immortal armor dont wait for them to buy them . and for your now customers they get tired, they "beg" for some fun and stay tuned on siege to see whats going on.. just think about it
thats my opinion of course yoy may believe thats all ok :P

Did you feel a need to add that in there as if we all didn't just get a blast to the face as a player base by the fishing fiasco.

1 week cant charge nccoins.. al cp the same problem.
And half of CP transfered 2 weeks ago, whats the point?
YOU TRY TO DO THE SAME "tRICK" YOU DID BY MISTAKING WITH COMERCIAL PURPOSES THE NINJA PATH WHERE DISPLAYS TAUTI FRENZIED GIVES 15% CRIT DAMAGE AND THIS WAS A FAKE... JUST FOR AN EVENT,
people spend much in a fake weapon,
same like when u released another ninja path years ago and ppl thought the pics give extra augments, so everybody buy many epics to resell after update. and this was never implemented (we know in Korea this works).
same as Mammon brooch jewels system.
So
WE ARE LIKE 4 YEARS WITH NINJA PATHS? AND DROPS VERY VERY LOW.
SO U BECAME IN A THIEF COMPANY...
