I always question the fact that no one makes similar announcement, although the fact that many players do the same practice inside the servers.

M8 you have to understand one simple thing. NCwest are interested in ANY way to increase their NCoins sale. This includes deals between players . You know Client and supplier. Demand and supply. It's natural market flow around. ))

Technically u can't sell Ncoins for adena because Ncoins are not tradeable. What you are doing is buying NCoin with which u pay for in game items or services and resell those items/services in game for adena. The fact that some of those items can only be "gifted" and have a bonus hero coin is non consequential. The hero coin is not what u paid for, is only a bonus attached to the item you are really selling. The "WTS/WTB Ncoin" spam you constantly see in game is just a simplification of "WTS Any L2 Store item" the player base used, so it's just slang and not descriptive of how the transaction really takes place. This is why those transactions are no penalized by NC, because technically Ncoin transactions are not RMT, as the selling/buying takes place purely with in-game items (even if they where never in your possession).
However if you post WTS Ncoin, someone may interpret that as u wanting to buy the Ncoin for someone else and make a Usd profit for it. For example if you are offering to buy 8k Ncoin for someone else at a mark up, that would be a bannable offense imo.
Again as mentioned several times, NC does not care how the money comes in as long as it ends up in their coffers, without a middle man and they view in a positive light that Ncoin buyers offer the L2 store goods to the general player base as it makes those items available to all.
big part of this all is the NC not guaranty for any of players who buy/sell coins, there is still option for scam as you give adena and never get gift from shop or give item to someone and he never get you adena for that.

Imagine if all items sold in L2Store ARE tradable. People that buy NCoin can without worries sell their items on cod. But then, this will not encourage "no money spender" to actually buy NCoins.

The only things you need from the L2 store are shiny shirts. Everything else is far cheaper to RMT.
Don't be fooled, you can't get gear in game, and you certainly won't make enough adena in less than a decade to buy the gear of champions. If you money sink USD in to NCoin to peddle, you are buying adena at the cheapest rate to pay the highest rate (in game AH). Cut out the middlemen and just go buy from some Russian dude for 50% off the suggested AH price when converted back to USD.
In this way you less directly hand over cash to some Korean co. that wont try to satisfy their own customer. Of course you wont get the preferential treatment when you need to deal with NC soft as it wont show that you've donated the thousands of USD required for this hidden feature.
