I am looking for a complete database or at least it is updated. In the page of "l2wiki" I can not find where I can get some materials and parts to crate weapons and armor. The drop and spoil rate its low and in the market the materials cost too much... because of the bad economy of the server.
Seriously, NC HQ is known to never disclose anything that would help players understand the current metagame, plus, they usually keep doing regular unannounced adjustments to make sure no player would ever be able to know if their current setup is optimal or not.
However, I can help you with drop rates. With the exception of "exceptionally rewarding for the effort required" antharas & valakas (and other epic bosses, though they might need a little more effort); open field fixed respawn raid bosses (to reduce effort required to spawnkill them), all other mobs drop items other than adena, herbs and modify appearance scrolls at a rate of epsilon > 0, where under any other precision than infinite precision epsilon would round to 0.
Namely, there are no drops, especially in the sense where they could make any sort of difference for anything.
