I don't mean to spam or be pushy, I just want to know what's the average wait time for someone to answer my ticket?
I've made the support ticket more than 12 hours ago, still no response.

During the weekends tickets tend to take much longer to be answered, some of them are until the next working day. During the weekdays, you can actually expect some answer within 4-6 hours during working hours.
