Sigel HK In Next Update

As I read on forum, sigel hk will suck in next update. Is it true ? If it is true, how hard will it suck ? I m asking for party benefits. It wont be wanted for parties anymore ? Or just minor things? And are there any chance to get chaos essence gifts for this update? Lf any information asap :)

Read these so called patch notes bout tanks and still did not get a **** of what will come...

Any idea who will be the next HK, I mean best tank for PvE?
