Hello and goodbye Lineage 2 Community. Once again, NCSoft has disapointed me. I fell in love with Lineage 2 back in 2004 in C1. The grind was awful back then and I quit. I played for a while in 2006-2008 and quit again. I decided to come give it a go again this last month. I leveled a character from 1-85 in a few days - that was a surprise. I leveled a Yul Ghost Sentinel, then after awakening I wasnt sure what to do. I went to the bloody swamps and noticed it was like .02% per kill (if that).
Then I went and tried Kartia. Is that NC's version of a dungeon? It's laughable. It seems the entire series needs an overhaul. (Lineage 3 wink*wink). But the impression I'm getting is that NC is trying to force L2 lovers to migrate to Aion or simply quit. The new skills seem like Aion. I've tried Aion, and I dont have the love I did for L2.
So, without further adue, my friends and players of L2. I'm going back to WoW. I'm going to pay the $49.99 for Legion and pay the $14.99/month, to play because Blizz makes the game fun.
I'm disapointed in NCsoft, because I know they could do better.
Confused on what youre upset about, the end-game grind from 85-105?
If so then by all means go to blizzard. Lol
Theres plenty to be upset about but thats not one of them.
0.02% per kill...I remember those...so all you gotta do is kill 1,000 x mobs to get 20%? Well, believe me or not...to me, that's super-fast. My guy LvL 103 is struggling everyday to level, and sometimes I think Exp bar is not working...
Obviously, if you want the fast and easy progression, Lineage2 is not the game for you.

Ciao:)
What were u expecting?, 100,000% XP rates so you'd get 1-105 in 5 kills?. Come on!, the hardcore grind in L2 in part of it's DNA, it will never, must never go away... you on the other hand should, clearly L2 is not for you.
Yeah gotta agree with everyone else, you are complaining about on of the few unmolested parts of L2 that made it great. Conversely a big part of what makes WoW bad. What fun is it if you can max out in just a short amount of time?
