Or maybe they aren't going to do the previews any more and haven't bothered with the common courtesy of telling us so. Or, if they are going to continue them, they haven't bothered with the common courtesy of telling us that this one would be late and why. Either way, common courtesy toward your customers is a minimum requirement for customer satisfaction and it is sadly lacking from NCSoft. No wonder people are quitting in droves.
