LF Neutron help, NC didnt know their own product??

Hi,
Please change my character’s race from “[D.Elf fighter]” to “[Ork Fighter]” on the [Cronos] server.
I have race change ticket in my inventory.

Hey!

Thx so much to change me to ork race, but my stats didnt changed, i still have the delf fighter stats instead of orc fighter.
Can u change my stats also ( race tree)

Unfortunately, the Race Change Service do not include racial character stats changes. However, it will automatically change racial passive skills. We hope that this clarifies your inquiry.

"racial stats and racial passive skills are changed to new race

I think i dont understand what screenshot u want for me right now?
U want me to make screenshot from lineage.com/LGallery/race chage page?
Originally im delf fighter race with a lot str and dex but i woudl like to be Orc fighter stats with more con men etc ( +17 con orc fighter have). But this race change changed my skin to orc and passive race skill, my character stats remain the old stat same str,int con etc.

Hello,

I have reviewed your report about this matter. Please be advised that the Race Change Ticket can only change your character's race and not your character's stats. Since your previous character was a Dark Elf and you have a Yul Ghost Sentinel as your Main Class, your character with an Orc race would have a Dark Elf's stats.

With that said, I can only advise you to change your Main Class or Dualclass for an appropriate class diversification that's applicable for your character's race. It is advisable to use a Chaos Essence in this case.

Well,
last time i asked about elemental burst debuffs,
and they described the old one ^^
which can be use when elemenal destruction debuff apply, xD
w/o any abnormal effect on player xD
So better dont ask them about anything, coz they dont know
the same with noble sacrfice xD it is no bug when u can cast it on corpuse xD
it is sad, that players has a lot of better knowledge, than 99% support team,
they just know, how to fix things with buying ncoins xD

I think Dev dont know their game to. They need a forum moderator to explain whats happend in ncwest server.... :)

When performing a race change, we are not actually manually editing your stats in anyway. The stats should change automatically as part of the design of the game when the race is changed. So I can see where the confusion lies in this kind of request since it's impossible for us to actually change your stats.

However, i'm not aware of any case except this where the stats did not automatically update according to the current race.

I would suggest writing down all of your current stats accounting for the race and base type of class (such as fighter or mage). And look at this page (http://www.lineage2.com/en/game/patch-notes/goddess-of-destruction/character-changes/), and see if matches.

If you have items, skills, tattoos boosting stats note those as well and i'm sure it will all add up correctly as expected.
