It is my first time of donating into NcSoft and it is sad to say that my experience is not satisfying.
It goes like this: I decided to buy the Prestige Pack. I saw that the requirement is to own 1200 NCoins. This is the price listed to purchase it. So what i did was i bought 1200 NCoins via my Visa Card and then proceeded to purchase the Prestige Pack. I was shocked when i realised that it was re-directing me again to my Visa Card to purchase it with real dollar currency instead of redeeming it with my NCoins.
While i understand that in NCSoft's defence , the detailed explanation of the Prestige Pack is to purchase it directly via real currency, in my defence, the NCoin price for the Prestige listed below it is what misleaded me to not read the detailed description.
I am fully aware that i have a part to play on this, but again, considering the currency listed for the Prestige Pack, i somehow think that i can be forgiven for the first time.
I am appealing with respect to the community managers to help me on this. I haven't used my 1200 NCoin balance on my account yet, and i'm not planning to do so, in case of hopefully resolving this issue.

Come on 1,200 is like Usd 15.00 is not that much, use them wisely on something you enjoy, for example that awesome app for your toon you always wanted or some direly needed boosts. You paid Usd 15.00 for the game for the first time? The game used to cost $14.99 and the first month subscription after the month included was Usd $15.00, this is the same amount you just paid, ty for your support to L2.
Glad to hear your issue was resolved. We are in the process of updating the Prestige Pack pricing details to indicate dollars instead of NCoin as it is a monthly subscription.
