After Euro server made a post about a sneak preview about the clan changes neutron posted on here like seriously neutron did you just read their post and decided hey oh this is the changes that's gonna happen next update I'm gonna write it in our forums and make the sheeps think that we're actually making progress sweet baby jesus just post the link here maybe? lmao jesus christ....
 that's not at all how I think about things. I simply read the patch notes and came to the same conclusion that warning should be given. We will provide more information on the update just as we always do once we are ready to do so.
Neutron, can we schedule a live Q&A period after you guys post the patch notes, like, hey guys the thursday after the patch notes get posted, our team will be live here in the forums from 5-8pm EST to answer any questions real time, or something like that, as there are invariably going to be a ton of questions the patch notes are going to raise.
Yet, about 1 week ago there, on the forums of innova the information about salvation had been posted, with a little details but you could get a point - few words about the clan system, iss' and tank's updates, etc; but in Russian.
That means yes, neutron shared almost nothing, but so innova did. Thank to people like laby and yiuidao we know much more of the russkies.

This is a tremendously great idea. In an era where other games head people are always doing QnAs and discord sessions on the regular. This would be a great step in making the community feel included. Just have answers and ideas to respond with and not vague politician statements. Also if you have actually played the game recently, this would help as well since you would be better able to field questions with your RL experience in game.

There will not be a PTR i'm afraid. This was after several months of back and forth and trying to bring it back. While the cost of it is not high, the amount of time needed to run and support is not something we have the bandwidth for.
These words from an employee working at a multimillion company sounds like a...big joke, really.
Sorry SpOO i'm not from NA so english isn't my first language.
May I know what time has to do with bandwdith?
Oh well I suppose that there aren't, in Vegas, no homeless John Doe or Jane Doe that the dev team, while doing their 10 years vacation, may use to offer you, as a ncfraud customer, a better support for a daily milkshake.
I may be wrong on this one but they are shutting down everything because there isn't time and support, aka employers.
Who cares
We've not had a PTR for several years, I inquired if the current teams had capacity to manage it and they simply don't. We're not reducing any existing resources we simply cannot add additional work load onto an already extremely busy server admin team it's as simple as that. Hiring a person to temporarily run a PTR is not feasible since the PTR is only operational for a 5-6 weeks a year.

It is, but it's isn't their fault necessarily. All L2 revenue gets gobbled by the Korean parent company, and in return they give NCwest a paper thin budget allocation for Lineage.
A more in-depth/proactive team would likely increase player retention and revenue. But the corporate bigwig actually in charge of expense authorization likely doesn't care about the small slice of pie we represent.
L2 has been on a skeleton crew staff with a downward spiral cash-in model for years now. Corporate couldn't care less if L2 died or not. Neutron is just playing the hand he was dealt.
Yes, I am fully aware of the current crew working at NC West. And my finger was not pointed that much at NC West or/and at Neutron, but mostly at NC Korea.
I am also sure, that Korea does not care that much of the future or might be better to say of the end of Lineage II. No matter that they are still bringing some new updates.
And for the PTR, my point of view is that it is not needed to hire someone just for doing that. He can be another member of admin/dev staff and when needed just to work a few weeks on the PTR then go back to his main job.
There are always solutions if you are looking to find some. Nevermind...
