Yes. The valuations are based on Chronos server. You may feel that the prices are on the lower side because I’m stating the wholesale value (prices that will liquidate the item within 24 hours). If you try to get more adena buy holding onto it for multiple days (like most greedy people do), you may get a little more but not much. Like I said earlier, prices are about +/- 10% margin of error.

You prices are wayyy off then the current market on both Naia and Chronos, I agree that Chronos has a bigger market at this moment and prices are better but it’s much more competitive and you need to invest a lot more to not get rolled in pvp.
And on a side note each one of your “brackets” is estimated at diffent prices with different gear and usage but this type of comparison is different between classes, for example a tank doesn’t need to have lvl 6 jewels to be “god” as you might say, different classes have different scaling and survivability with some you can get more with less, and some require a high investment to see a 5% difference.
Your “Guide” is pointless since you try say “here this is a package deal use this” and that’s incorrect.

It took work and that kept people engaged. Now they have removed these ability's. It's been well documented that it simply isn't a feasible feat to start this game today and play the game and work your way up without spending cash.

I actually thought he was on the right track until the cloaks came out. Almost every event up until then, albeit they were cash shop promos, not actual events, looked like they were designed to attempt to lower the cost of gearing up some things for the lower end player.
- More broach jewel sales to add more lower level access to this item (clearly not enough but it was a start),
- shifting good event rewards to craft packs to flood the market with cheap R99 armor,
- Enchanting event to flood enchants into the market (we could use another),
- A second shirt sale,
- Red libra at least 2x so far this year (for the love of w/e mythological being you worship please don't spam +1 to this over and over here)
- Multiple exp boost settings and lowered cost for 200% runes a few times.
Add all that up and in theory there is less awesome for the whales and more access to us small fish.
Then we took a serious U-turn. NC or Neutron or whoever the **** makes piss poor decisions, decided to nose dive this bird. Now as we careen towards the ground, we can reflect on the activities starting with the cloaks.
Release a cash only item super powered cloaks that the whales get to take full advantage of, thus undoing whatever progress might have been made to this point, and then some.
Defraud mass players with the fishing rate scandal with bogus numbers, mathematically proven to be categorically false.
Reckless, hostile, nonsensical responses to the player base when we complained about these problems.
Server mergers, oh look, we are shrinking more, I do ever so wonder why?

I played on/off since C3 (more off), and from my personal point of view, the situation was always comparable to what it is now, for different reasons. I'll try to explain:
In C3 when I started, it was impossible for me to come close to "end game" or "end game gear". What kept me from reaching anything close to "endgame" ofc wasnt L2Store, it was simply time (and knowledge of the game too).
Many ppl. played for 5 or 10 hours a day. Others, like me, played for maybe 2 or 3 hours every other day. Impossible to catch up.
A while later, Ebay/RMT went rampant.
I never wanted to RMT or Ebay, so again, no chance for me or any "legit" player to catch up on gear by "just playing".
A while after that, everyone and their uncle used to bot in XP.
Again, never a chance to catch up on level to "end game" players if you were legit.
Now, the L2Store is here and some ppl. abuse it like there's no tomorrow. Again, no chance for a normal/legit player to reach Top end game or whatever you wanna call it.
For me, current situation is easier, since all L2Store stuff can be bought/sold with adena and I like to spend some of my time on aden market place. Of course I can never make adena as fast and as much as someone who just spends ridiculous amounts of $$$, but for me it's okay and I can upgrade my char piece by piece, I'm patient and I have fun IG.
I always had fun IG, in RMT age I had fun, in bot age, now in L2Store age.
Guess it's what you make out of it. If I wouldnt have fun playing, I simply would quit.

I agree mostly or completely on everything else you've written.
Game has flaws but still its great; Neutron is doing a superbad job just as Conguero; Game needs more drops for the FTP-player base to keep ppl. motivated to play at all; Game needs to get rid of Adrena*in that starts spreading again as I hear, Game needs to become more n00bfriendly again; Game is Fun.
I see many new comers asking "can I fit in?" and be competitive in order to enjoy Lineage 2. I am going to lay out exactly what the reality of today's Lineage 2 is for everyone to see. Conclusion : There is an exponential gain in cost after about 75% percentile, which the cost of gear will be around $5000. If you want to exceed this "sweet spot", you will have to start paying a lot more to climb up and gains will be slower and slower.

I thought propaganda of Lineage2 was "Free to Play"
