bloody to dark exchange

i have a question, can i change bloody armor/wep into dark armor/wep?

Actually it requires all the other items to, like GE , EoD, Gems R and Crystals.

What the… it does! This doesn't make any sense.

If I remember right only thing what you gain is the 100% rate of converting, means the use of Dark stone never fails on a Bloody weapon.
