Drop Rune

1 question.

I kill all instance rb like tauti alone as a dd, i make the most damage like 95% or more, if i use 200% Drop Rune, and i'm in 7 member pt when he die, still share the rate to all pt member? so i will have only 28% drop rate?

Just be the pt leader and break pt before rb dies.
As long you have done the most dmg you ll get the drops.
Drop rune will work too. Tested it and it works.

are you sure? this rune its passive and i was check all my alt when i was use one, and not see that passive only on main toon, really share that rate?
its not like exp rune? that not shared in pt, so drop rune also, i feel.

add in total basic drop rate and drop boosts from all party/cc with basic drop rate being 100, divide by number of people and you get the drop rate thats applied to the boss/mob.

Do you get enough value in drop to cower expense for 200% rune?
For normal mobs is easy to predict where drop = 0 * 200% rune - what is still 0.

if you kill the raid with chars that are max 2 lvls higher than the boss you do get a nice boost in drops like blessed scrolls, crafting packs and such

but if you expect to get tauti ring every time you kill it its not gonan happen
