Castle MP regen is not a bug. Anyone who calls it a bug doesnt know what a bug is. The MP regen is a feature for the defending side. Overpowered for feohs during siege but not a bug lol........
In my opinion owning a castle should allow for advantages over an attacking side.

1st of all IT IS A BUG or a malfunction what ever you re going to call it it's something that has to end. I don't know what's going on in Korea but I'm going to tell you if it's feature should be in previous patch notes grand crusade

You mean 5-years ago. Glory Days October 24, 2012. The HP and MP Recovery for each castle is increased. The MP Recovery was something changed prior to the Feoh update from previous Patches. I really wonder if the Development Team thought things through about the MP Recovery Rate from a much older Patch in correlation with the new adjusted Feoh Toggles that are now OP with this combination.
Although Support Team already said the Development Team is testing/fixing it, since their answer is: Any type of Castle Benefit or Perk during Castle Sieges should be heavily penalized or permanently disabled once all the Life Control Towers are destroyed. This is however not the case with MP Recovery. Traps, HP Recovery and Resurrection are fully disabled, Teleportation cooldown from Mass-gatekeeper is heavily increased. Etc.
Anyway I am not shocked to see Salvation delayed for the third time. I personally would put it in January myself. So none gets stressed out during the Holidays in the end of the year.
Post the patch note ! You have it ! You exactly know what you will keep and what you will not keep !
We don't care about wich quest are new, wich quest as been changed, wich quest as been deleted, wich npc as been removed or his name as been changed.
We want to know all the biggest updates, about tank / iss changments, clan changements, the new zone, the new instances and so on ! And not 1 week before you release them !
Once again, you know exactly what you will keep or not from the differents korean updates, since you following each major updates there, and decide already months/years before it came to you, what you will keep with game machanics and what you will include in a new L2Store item !

So if we make a new ticket about it they will answer like "oh sorry for the inconvenience we forgot to remove the bug, now dev team has another 6months vacations, and we can't help you" after 6months 2nd ticket "oh sorry for the inconvenience dev team is too busy atm because they are working on the 2nd part of salvation patch we are unable to help you with this matter and if you make another ticket we will consider it as closed" AND REPEAT bla bla bla

It is only after someone has thousands of USD in gear and has all that OP broken gear stacked with the regen, stacked with 2 tanks, stacked with 2 healers, that this becomes insurmountable.
Take away the L2 store exclusive gear that should never have existed, and fix the double tanks/double heals, and you would see a different story.
ALSO AGIAN, GO TAKE RUNE AND BOOM! YOU HAVE YOUR OWN MP REGEN BUG DUMMIES!
Btw yeah, if HP regen gets disabled, MP regen should probably also get disabled. And yeah, defenders should ALWAYS have the advantage, they are defending a F-ing castle after all.
Lastly, to someone else, why would anyone care about "PvP" victories at a siege where the goal is not "PvP" victories unless you were that DiE clan that literally had no objective. The objective is to secure a castle, and to that end, MS is winless. So, Nova will just point to the score board every time you fail to take Aden and say you are PvP masters. They laugh, because so many MS think the siege is about PvP points, when its actually, you know, a siege for a castle.
Considering NC's development team are a bunch of slow workers who can't come around to fixing even simple things like text descriptions, (so no hopes of this or anything relevant ever getting "fixed"). Should you ever take the castle (Aden), during the sieges when it's your turn to defend, would you turn the mana regen option off to make it "fair"?.

Zodiac Agathions are expensive, and if people start buying and selling them now, based on false information, great unhappiness will ensue.
The issue with the agathions is more complex then that as EU/RU & China Japan have different agathions then Korea & NCWest so the export version of Salvation was first made for Asia and EU/RU and now they most likely realized that that version will not work for NCWest.. NCWest will need a hybrid of the Korean version and Asia/EU/RU version if they do not want to screw over the current owners of said agathions.

EU/RU/China/Taiwan/Japan:
agathions with special skills pending on it's lvl, max lvl 12
NCWest:
zodiac agathions AND lvl9 special skill agathions from Auctioneer NPC
so yeah when taking in account that NCWest has huge amount of zodiac agathions of which many were paid for by NCoins they better make sure those get converted the same way Korea had else all such owners should be allowed to request refund of said NCoins.
the Korean l2wiki on their agathion system changes is very clear on what needs to be done and everyone here can see that their system is what we have as well so our Salvation export version needs to include those conversions - can't release Salvation until that has been taken care off.

Thread and post, are two different things, if you were to make that thread, you should've kept the discussion about Renovatio blabla and Castle MP regeneration there and not in a thread, that informs other players about the delay on the update announcement. From what I know, you even could have sent a PM on forum to Hime and redirect her to the so called "thread", thus she would forward it to the support team for closer inspection or rather sumbit a support ticket, though I'm sure you already have done that by now.
Be cause THIS thread is only filled with complaints about that issue, that's what I want to point out, if you want you can trash/blame/flame whatever, as much as you like, but do it at least elsewhere.
