New Forum URL - Retail Forum Archives

At around 12pm PST, we will be setting these forums to READ ONLY, and launching the new forums.

The new URL will be: https://forums.lineage2.com/

It is not live yet and will be live around 12pm PST. I will update this thread to let you know when it is live.

Everybody will need to register a new forum account on the new forums on top of having logged into the game within the last 30 days. The gating is to prevent the influx of spammers we've seen int he past.

When registering your new forum name, please do not take somebody else's name. If your name was taken, please email me at L2community[at]ncsoft.com and I will look into it.

Why would it be forbiden to take any name on the new forum? As you said, new forum, new start. Forums are in no way linked to in-game characters so someone taking "Draecke" (<3), for instance, cant be in any violation of the comunity rules just a case of bad manners, but still... in server merges you showed its first come, first serve so why would forum nicknames be any different? :)

p.s. @Hime, when you copy paste text from Word documents at least clear the formating first :>

It didn't helped. I'm registered on forum but cannot create topic, reply in topic.

I logout from game, from forum... Login in game, login on forum... Still same.

All profile/notification options locked by the administrator. A poor man's choice for forums, really.
