Yes please be extra careful and retype the name littlepig to message and /target littlepig to verify. There's more than one impostor out there.
Sensai made me a Widowmaker and charged me a good price (50k) for it. This included crafting things like mithril alloy and whatever else went into it.
I have my Alt, Dankar that i plan on making him an Artisan. Just for the purpose of crafting for others for a fee. Right now he's only a level 1 crafter working towards his class change.
Right now, if you need any level 1 items crafted. He will do it for free, just supply the resources and the recipe. At the moment he's still at dwarven village. Once i can get him past his class change, he will be setting up shop in Gludin.

Would be nice if the above mentioned artisans would post their recipes that they have. That way it would be easier for us to find the artisan that would be able to craft the item we are hunting to have made.

Chad1 has crafted for a couple of my clanmates so I'd trust him with my life. He has also helped me when I was having issues with my Warsmith quest :) All around great guy.
I hope someday my name can be added to trusted Artisans :) I'm only at lvl 4 craft but workin on gettin higher :)
Cliffen from remnant clan is also trustworthy, he did my samurai longsword this saturday, he showed me the recipe first and then had 9 mill i could hold while he did it. Thats the most positive experince ive had with crafting yet!

strongly disagree. Requested and then seriously mis-appropriated clan funds, did not refund. Also sits in the middle of the archway/stairs in giran, blocking traffic.

An in-game friend suggested I post to this thread since I seem to be one of the main crack ... err ... soulshot dealers in the Oren area. I'm hosting a training seminar a work so I'm slacking on the sales, but will be back by tomorrow evening. A self-reccomendation for being a trustworty crafter is pretty much worthless, but at least I can say that people can know where to find me for craft 5, and hopefully #6 soon :)

There are others, but haven't been able to get hold of anyone to craft my Full Plate Helmet yet. Stupid recipe drops arg. Best dwarves are free ones :)

Just after a failed craft, the warsmith should make a screenshot then upload it for the client (on any webpage).

StumpySGC is da man! He has crafted several Top B weapons for me. I would trust him with anything. He can also send a screen shot of you fail craft.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 80% craft: The main way you can be "scammed" by a warsmith is if you give him all of the ingredients for 80% craft, yet the warsmith crafts at 60% and keeps the extra ingredients. Yes it's sad, but we know there are lots of scammers. If you do receive a screen shot of a failed 80/90% craft, it should show the list of ingredients which were used. For example, you should see Mold Hardeners used for B weapons. If not, the dwarf crafted at 60%.

Has anyone done the research on B Grade recipes in C2? Do we need to collect the 60% success items or the 80% or will the recipe be altered entirely. Currently putting together parts for Doom Plate and really want to know what I need, since I won't get it crafted until C2.
im going by the recipes on orphus for my b grade. I use the 100% recipe there. I figure if i get all the mats for 100% and its actually less i can just resell or wait untill i want to build everything else.
Add Le petite generale to the list. Napoleon1, worked well for me so far and some friends I've reffered to him.
Glogamar is another one, new to the game I think but is trustworthy.
The Warcry site's recipe for SLS. Does not show Metal Hardener on it as an ingredient. Also the Warcry site says that "Metal Hardener" can be bought in "general store". I am assumming this means "private stores". As i have yet to find a regular store selling it. If i am wrong and "a" store does sell it. Please let me know which one. I have everything for my new SLS's except Metal Hardener.
BTW: Most of these "trustworthy Artisans" are on which server? I need someone on "Kain" to craft my SLS's...

Isn't it time we updated this list? The first two pages are about a year old or more. I have attempted to contact 3/4 of the aritsans listed here by mail/pm/etc. and get no responses from most, I'd assume that some of them are no longer here.

This list made sense before C2. C2 introduced features that in large part destroyed fun from being a crafter (that's how most of the dwarves feel anyway) - some quit, some rerolled and keep their dwarves as on-demand characters now.
Anyway, for crafting purposes, trust means nothing now - you're unscammable. And you're better pestering dwarves in game for what they can actually craft.
For crystalizing - you can use StumpySGC - he's pretty much always sitting in Giran. Few other dwarves mentioned in this thread seem to still be playing as well.
I've been wondering if a good recycling use of this thread might be to post what recipes one has in their books? I don't run craft shops but of course my book is full and I find myself crafting things that nobody else seems to have (at least in an easily findable manner) every other day, heeding to calls in Giran shout.

This list was a lot more important back when it first started. Back then, there were no craft shops, you actually had to give all your stuff over to an artisan and hope and pray they did not steal it (log out w/ your stuff or lie and say it failed or just plain refuse to give it back.)
Now, with craft shops, the only worry anyone should have about an artisan is whether they're one of those scammers who stands up/sits back down really quickly, changing the price on you from 10a per leather to 1,000,000a per leather. But that requires the use of a 3rd party program and I haven't heard of that happening in ages. Plus, it only works with stuff people are crafting quickly (like materials or SS), not with a one time craft like A-grade. And no tagged dwarf would do it (if they're in a clan w/ an ally, I usually trust them.)
Anyway, this whole list is rather outdated and useless, other than to advertise. It served its purpose back in the day, but there's no need for it now. I think the mods should just unsticky it, personally.
Alyra, I think its time to delete this post and start a new one! Other than the last poster, its been over a year since anyone has listed their crafter. If I were looking for some of these players, Im sure not to find quite a few of them.
This thread should just be removed. Craftshops made this thread redundant. You no longer have to hand over all your mats etc to the crafter to get something crafted. No need to trust a crafter any more - just check to make sure you happy with the price of their crafts, click, and be on your way.
There was a time when being a crafter was more fun. When you could help people with crafts or what is required for a craft, people came and interacted with you asking questions etc and your reputation was critical. Now crafters are essentially vending machines....
Each chronicle sees more and more being added that cannot be player crafted. Common Craft items, items only the NPC can craft or now players get skills to be able to convert their own weapons. I mean WTH? Not even need mammon? There could have been a reason for some dwarves out there spoiling new parts and looking for the new recipies to be added to books. Seriously does it look like those chooks could use a mallet? Their bones are designed for flight and would snap with the forces required in crafting. And they would be missing their other wing too if they got anywhere near a forge...
I guess we are approaching the dwarfless L1 in the timeline. Crafters and spoilers need to be made redundant by then. So I assume it's the game design.
And you are correct - most of the crafters mentioned here have long ago snuffed the fires of their forges. :(

Another to add: Pennikett. She's my dwarfy, and although she's only 40 atm (almost 41 whoop-dee-doo, lol ^^) I frequently use her for crafting/crushing things. So if anyone needs any lvl 4 or below mats, D/C shots, let me know...I also have a couple armors/weapons registered (though not a lot). As far as crushing, you can rest assured that I'm not one to run off with other's things. I see no point, and I have too much of a conscience to scam people anyway. ^_^
