The period in which you cannot create a new alliance after a current alliance has been dissolved has been changed from 10 days to 1 day (24 hours).
The Exp.-decreasing penalty which is applied to an alliance leader’s Exp. at the time an alliance is dissolved will no longer apply.
Alliances will no longer be recognized as friendly forces on the battlefield.
