Don't be so optimistic. From mine ex experience (lomg long time ago) from bot-less private server (no promotion, it is dead now, actually after that I came here to official ....) with normal market and population. AA price was 12-13 adenas. So, it is almost top price :) Yes, it can grow up till 18a or even 20adenas per 1 aa, but it will be only for short period I believe. Because in that case for 70lvl duo party it will be much easer to gather 1mil aa than 20mils of adenas.
Don't mention priv serv here please. Also those have increased rates so the prices there are irrelevant.

No, the legit player will go to cata on theire own and farm AA and sell them to the lazy s-grader who don't want to level in the catas ;p
Nobody told you, you have to buy your AA from other people! If there are no more bots, you can easy get a room in any cata an earn your AA by yourself.
So stop QQ and don't support the bots, as they do not support the economy. They destroy it.

Most of the lvl 1-6x places are full of new bots that are botting up to take the place of those that got banned...many of the bot clans that got many of theyr lvl 80+ members banned are now botting up for full to replace theyr toons. some are even selling almost all theyr equipment to be able to buy new lvl 80+ accounts for theyr banned members with adena (or sell the adena for real cash and buy the accounts with $$)

On Phoenix i was in Branded and most rooms were filled with Bots. Then i was around Goddard, Garden of Beasts, and my normal spot had 2 bots in it.. so from what i observed it was not any better...Actually normally there is only one Bot in my spot :/

branded is low lvl CC. Because farmers being banned at high lvl's they're getting back in low :) From teon experience: in varka used to be more bots thant mobs but atm it's totally different place.

You should read smth about economy sunny! If there would be no bots(from the begining i mean) the prices actually would be twice as lower than they're now. I'm not going to explain how they would be lower because I would have to write whole article explaining in details. You use logic to assume waht would be, use knowlegde to make assumption. As not many legits can actually afford S grade.. prices on element stones(among other things) will go down. And legits will have the chance to farm their own stones.. so demand for them.. will be low.. and prices.. will be historically low!
I can give you the example in Devianne... there was this bot train, that was farming Wind Stones.. and a clan that pked anyone that went there for stones. Prices were as high as 150-175mil per stone. That train got banned.. prices nowadays.. vary from 75 to 100mil per stone.

This is only the beginning. Sure prices for AA and maybe other stuff will go up. But as it goes up, nobody buys it and go farm by their own. 2-3 hours farming 3kk AA :) Prices will soon go down for many mats. Thats very good.

And there're many of them! ra*** instead of thinking start reading from money flow, continue about unlimited whishes with limited rescourses followed by short and long run effects on economy and price elasticity.

Before Lionna got merged with Kain the server was virtualy clean of bots and you could buy unsealed S grade armor sets for as low as 500m and clean S weapons for around 120m (bought my bassalt for 80m at that time).
Right before they started the new banning spree the S grade armor sets was going for way over a billion and S clean weapons for over 300m, now that the bannings has happened and lots of the bots are gone you can get S grade sets for 700-800m and S weapons for around 200m.
Do you see a pattern yet?

Reasons many, let me list some:
- exp areas will not be occupied by bots which don't care about PK deaths. They just return back from city or resurect by using scrolls. And regain lost exp in 1-2h of grind.
- legit player have equal rights from getting wealth from game offered manner
- market will balance itself, because every item/material needs some endevour from player
- I believe that manor sales will be easer
- TOP gear (after year of bot less server) will mean that this person is from powerfull clan, or wise person who knows how to gain adenas not loose it.
- maybe it will be revival of current bufpets (bd and sws especially). Ok it is just a dream :) because boxing is not prohibited.
- hopefully pvp will be more righteus, because some chars will not use soft for drinking tons of GCP/QHP. And even for same chars it will be more expencive to buy such amount of GCP/QHP -> no own bot trains which gathering adenas for main char.

I'm happy. Who cares if the prices are insane. I rather do my own crafts, get my own AA.
Legits will NEVER get the same gear as TOP players. It's the same prices for everyone. And if it's cheaper for the legits it's cheaper for the cheaters too. Which means while the legit guy may afford his Sgrade sooner the cheater will get his S80 and his red glowing weapon. Which means we don't catch up one bit anyway.
And Ra***/Amneziya/whatever, you didn't just stop playing. You were banned (http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?t=199769&highlight=Amnezia) which means your opinions don't count for much. So go troll some other game, k? Or at least have the decency to stay in the bot forum until all your accounts are banned.

Some players say (they never crafted anything btw) - I will farm the needed stuff myselfs.
So lets calculate what will happne if they decide to amke their weapon +150 Earth. They will need in average 54 earth stones. So lets assume they have constant party 78+ and can play every day at least 3 hours in HB (it is not easy task). Of course the expensive loot is shared and everyone wants earth stones so for a party of 9 you will need 9x54=486 earth stones. For 2-3 hors of play in HB the drop is 0-2 earth stones. So you need 486 days to grind chimeras in HB if you can assemble the party absolutely every day and no one is missing. And as this is impossible you probably will need about 2 years for this task.
But what how are the things now? Providing you share the loot is and is sold (remember - no bots, no much adena, no big sales) from the orichalcum, adamantine, scrolls and elemental stones for 2-3 hours in HB everyone in the party gets at least 20kk. For those money you can buy 10 earth stones per month and for less then 6 months you will have your +150 earth weapon. (in the first case you will have some drop for sale too but the prices will be much much lower).
The truth is the main problem of those which complain about the bots are not the bots itself (they are nuisance indeed but nothing more), but the fact they want to get top gear EASY and NOW. Through in some envy "Muahahaha... localhost has a truckloads of BJ but got banned.... muahahaha..." and the picture is complete.

He gave them all to me after that..3 went to me through party "loot" the other 2 went to him.

they drop from those dragons on Chromatic Highlands IIRC
99% sure this is wrong... those dragons have the possibility of dropping dark/divine but not possible of doing earth/wind.

There are almost 24/7 parties on HB with some members of them "permanent". There were several entirely bot parties farming near the port, but we don't see them anymore. Don't know if they are banned or just moved inside.
Edit: But rignt now I see a vagabond selling 59 orichalcum in Aden. Providing he is selling them from yesterday evening looks like he started with more then 100 orichalcum in his basket.
Coth of course will say how easily he farmed 100 orichalcum himselves but he is just 1 player from thousands.

Do you really think legit players can ever catch up with cheaters if they're allowed to keep cheating? Where do you get this illusion? It would be hard for legits to catch up to cheaters if the botting stopped, but it is impossible for them to catch up as long as the botting continues and the cheaters can buy cheap adena. Or do you expect the cheaters to just sit and wait for the legits to catch up? They won't. Every second they're allowed to cheat they're getting that much further ahead, in both levels and equipment.
I don't much care for your crafting examples either. You're just mudding up the issue with numbers. Because do you really think that your legit income is any less dependant on the prices than your expenses?
Let me ask you, if you as a legit player is going to buy the mats or stones or whatever instead of getting them by yourself, where do you get the money? Do you think that getting legit money of the same value as the mats is somehow easier than getting the mats yourself? Fyi, getting 3.5b legit adena (54 earthstones x 65m) will not take any less time than grinding for the stones yourself.
Legit players only quit because players who bot took away the competitive aspect of levelling and gearing up and when they get to a certain level it suddenly dawns on them that they will have either have to cheat also in order to compete with these people or move on to another game. I don't know anyone who quit because of the economy.
Now, I see players on the unmentionable site complaining about certain 3rd party software affecting the competitive aspect of combat. To be honest, it is kinda justice in a way because the only people using hide etc. are the people who also use the walker. You can't really complain about people cheating better than you when you chose to compete on a who can cheat more basis. Most end game players who are quitting now are quiting because they realise that they can't cheat as well as others.

LOL. You don't really have a clue what is the AA for, right? I used for the last 2 months more then 100 mil AA and I didn't made anything special. Can't even tell what I used it for; only know in couple of cases bought 20-30kk when there was a little bit cheaper price; and of course when I was in need and no cheaper seller I am buyng at 10 a.

Well i am talking for me. And i think many other prefer to farm in catas some AA and also earn some XP/SP than buying AA from "botters" on the market and making them even more richer than they are already. Why buy if you are able to farm it yourself? :P
Also the ammount we need to unseal A-S grade is to high. And will get fast to much expensive if you buy always AA on the market.
You got 3 mil AA for several hours with party of 5 I guess. This means 600k AA for each. If you need 120kk AA for each you will need to sit in the catas for 2 months 20 hours every day. I bet you never did it and I bet you never will do it. Because it is easier to write it on a paper then to do it.
And which is most important most players me included don't like the catas because they are boring and repetitive. You got 3 mil AA for several hours with party of 5 I guess. This means 600k AA for each. If you need 120kk AA for each you will need to sit in the catas for 2 months 20 hours every day. I bet you never did it and I bet you never will do it. Because it is easier to write it on a paper then to do it.

The answer is simple:
This is an MMO so you don't have to farm for everything yourself because some players may farm some stuff and sell to make adena by selling the items to the more lazy players that doesn't want to farm that much for the items. And no one is forcing you to do something that you don't like. For example this is a PvP game, but nothing prevents me from skipping the PvP content all together to play the PvE content 100%.

What Cata are you soloing in which you make 1mil AA an hour? I'm soloing 2 Rooms in Disciples on a BD, and I don't even make that?

I admit I had missed your later explanation about farming HB, but only because your written language is so deplorable I gave up reading half way through. Well i for 1 hope all the bots(including most of the top lvl cheaters) get banned, and yes even if it screws the market ,makes it harder to catch the top legit players, or whatever else you wanna talk about. I WANT THE BOTS GONE PERIOD!!! And see where we go from here, if the game fails well then it fails but atleast for once lets play honestly. Heres an idea get rid of all that have used a illegal program combine all na servers and maybe just maybe we can actually have some fun pvp thats fair for once. Clarity is very good indeed, but the high lvl parties always take songs; as for the rez the bishop has 10% more rez then the EE.
Actually the only unique ability of the EE is party return but for example in HB most players prefer to die and be rezzed by cardinal or BREZ then to lose 1/2 hours to return to the spot.

Actually bots are returning. Just now was in Frozen and they are there already. Not all of them yet - you still can find a free spot. Still are missing the big groups which were killing the pronghorns (they spawn minions) but I guess it is matter of a week for them to appear.
Being Cardinal is the worse. No only no one can rez him, but his job is most complicated.
And everyone who dies blames the cardinal:o

A few weeks ago I had a cast on a finger on my mouse hand. I had trouble controlling the game at the level needed for healing, but a group needed me because they couldn't find another healer. I gamely went forward as best I could letting everyone know that I was impaired.
Of course, I lost the group at a hot moment and I have never heard the end of it yet.
I guess I suck at L2, doesn't matter if I had good reason to suck and let everyone know that I wasn't up to the task.

I feel some of the people that shout loudest here are jealous of higher levelled players, and cannot see that it is possible to be rich and high level whilst being legit. Whatever level you are, you got there through hard work, it does not matter if the person next to you is 1, 5, or 10 levels higher - you still achieved something. Don't brand all of the high levels on your server as cheaters!

Well done on your level. I wouldn't automatically assume that your char had been botted, but not all 81+ players on my server got there through hard work like you did. Come Gracia Final, I expect to see a lot of 83+ chars and I WOULD ASSUME that the proportion of which have been levelled legitimately would be in the minority (by a significant degree).

As I wrote somewhere in this thread this is not due to botting. There always will be kids which think bragging and flaming and boasting will change their sorry real life existance. But this rarely helps.
