I read it as to gungrave/gm about the screenshot. it's quite easy to put scroll of res somewhere on your bar and stick a coin in your keyboard.

The post by Spam is rather awesome though. It would be kind of cool if GM's felt liberated enough to do that all the time (and reply to petitions in a more honest format) rather then having to play 'by the rules' themselves and be polite to everyone, including people they shouldn't be polite too.

Well, as I stated. "As Far As I Know" - that particular clan was gone before I arrived, and I do not know the full history. I'm assuming it was related to botting, only due to the fact that a certain Orc posted about DT letting botters in and mentioned the clan.
As far as the EoF/DT leadership stance on botting... it was OverLordFear and other leaders who mentioned they do not tolerate it. I don't claim to know each individual's stance on it, but the general opinion (and i believe standing order) is that botting is not allowed, and it will get you kicked from clan/ally and possibly reported. Something, i may add, was a relief to hear.

I remember being pmed about someone being ratted on but then again you see they not with us...... We do not allow botting in EoF and know for a fact neither does DWO...
Since I am the leader of EoF I can categorically state that EoF has never allowed botting. Saying that, we have had members that have been asked to leave because of it, peeps who I liked, and yes clan hybrid was botting. That was the massive friction between us and they eventually left.
We can't control every person but we can move on it when informed and confirmed that people are botting. I personally can't stand the fact that the game is so imbalanced because of it. I mostly blame NCSOFT for the situation since the problem is much less in WoW because of very agressive anti-botting policies.
People are just people and many want to just win, be the biggest and baddest no matter what the cost, in the end botting has ruined the game and L2 will never recover from it.
So we(DT) just play our game. We know without botting its impossible to compete so we do what we can and let other people play the way they want. I love L2. I think as a game it's still the best. Have tried many games and still love the play , the feel, and the quality and richness of the game. I do thank NCSOFT for continually adding content to keep things interesting.

MyFists, I have no reason to doubt that you are legit, but you can't honestly say that your entire clan follows that path. Ask that big orc who was botting out in Fields of Massacre on his dagger sub how many times we killed his oop party buffer who accepted paper rezzes. Unfortunately, he was smart enough to program his not too, and instead laid on the ground watching us. As someone who was in IS (briefly, I realized quickly that I was too low-level to actually do anthing in the clan but ask dumb questions), I can honestly reply to this thread that I never heard of anyone in the clan actively botting, and that the IGotUSuka situation was dealt with as quickly as possible. Just my worthless two cents.

Examples of past history: (Gods of War (bot clan), Paradygim (bot clan)). You may be legit but your playing with bots who do the work for you. So are you really legit (no.)
BTW you are in direct violation of the eula. Read it and understand it because when your buddies do get caught by a GM and your in there party you will get banned as well.

If you want to be legit drop your clan affiliation and don't ever play with a user who has to cheat to play. Only then are you considered (legit), go join a clan like wolveneyes they have a strict code.

/owned finally ? i say yes , i hope u get bored the *** of L2 so the players that actually "play" the game can finally start enjoying all the game features .
