Just received my newsletter and saw a new account service coming "soon"
We are in the planning stages of a new account service for Lineage II Subclass Separation. If you've enjoyed playing your subclass so much that you wished you had a new character that had that main class — now you can! The Subclass Separation account service will let players choose a subclass on a current character, remove it, and use it as a main class on a brand new character! Just looks like a money spinner to me i mean that character with the separated sub will still be on the same account so what bit of difference would it make? As you can still only play one at a time..
Probably would only be worthwhile if you had some strong oly classes as subs :)
I really see no point or value in this, other than for OL's/Maestros being able to move a Subclass to a Separate Character, and then getting Noble and continuing on with it... Other than that, whats the point?
Only use I see from this service is moving my HE to a second Character, and then making another useful subclass for my EE, but depends how much this service costs anyways.
I would like to see an account separation service, where you can take a character on your account, and move it to a second account on the same PlayNC. Least that would be useful, cause on one of my accounts, there is 2 characters I would like to be able to play at the same time if needed, but can't for obvious reasons.

+1! I would even buy a brand new L2 account, and apply it to my master account just for this service.
Well the point is for people that have a main and a sub they like equally I guess. Plus it opens up subskill slots without having to delete a high level sub, for those that missed the free subskills event way back then.
It's actually a pretty new service in Korea too, surprise we got it that quick
I guess it also depends if you get to keep your subskill from the separated subclass. I am going to assume it would be like if you deleted the sub... and would only lose it if you spend the 10mil to re-skill.
When was the last newsletter you received? Is it at all possible that the newsletter is in your junk mail folder? Today's went out at around 9AM PDT but depending on your email provider, may have taken a couple hours to receive.

Nice way to make 2 non noblesse chars from 1 noble one... :eek:
wouldnt it leave the original character as Noble and the new one not noble? Like when you only have 1 sub to reach noble and delete it, you're still have noble status after u delete.

Would be nice to move one of my subs to a new char instead of completely deleting it to make room for another subclass.

Either way it would certainly mean spending more money though.
Dont get the newletter either anymore, what is the correct Email address to put as friends as I am gussing its my Email provider that are giving me a hassle.
I stopped getting the newsletters about 2 years ago. The box is checked, and they never come, and no, they aren't in my junk folder. I even unchecked the box for a month, then rechecked it later on, hoping that would do the trick, but it didn't. It's a mystery.
If you wanted a bunch of nobles on the same account....so if you had a noble toon with 80/76/76/76 you could separate out the 3 subs, spend a few tw's and make them noble, and then from 1 noble you would have 4 (I.E. for throwing points or getting 80k oly tokens instead of 20k).
If you wanted to transfer to another server but not take the whole toon with you...so say leave your main but separate out the toon you want to transfer so you would still have 2 high level toons on 2 servers instead of just 1 toon on 1 server.
In my case if I wanted to lie and claim I just transferred into the server and join an enemy clan as a spy (muahahahaha)
...I'm sure theres lots of other reasons also.
About the newsletter....both my wife and I have a few accounts each, 2 email addresses, all boxes on all accounts checked and we haven't gotten a letter for several years :(

Inspector is supposed to be 3rd sub only. If I'm removing one sub then I only have 2 subs, Inspector becomes 2nd sub. Will I still have normal access to Inspector sub or not?

Better question is what will happen if you have Inspector sub and make a new main out of it (especially since Inspector only has skills defined up to lvl 80). I guess we will again have some combinations which will just not be valid for this service.
But as for your question, I would guess that the sub slot which you remove to be a new main does not get "deleted" - you simply have an empty sub slot then, so you can go to the npc and click "add sub" and choose a new lvl 40 subclass. So the inspector would still be 3rd sub, there would just be one "undefined" subclass slot.

answer is simple - i can't! kamael's inspector sub will be prolly excluded from that service like it is from main-to-sub service.

since for kamaels can only choose classes of thier own race you would gain nothing except a new main - kamaels only have the choice of 3 subs; Berzerker, Soul Breaker, Arbalester, Inspector.
