10 hours of down time?

im guessing the patch is going live but cant find any where that says it?!?!?

All servers will be down for an extended maintenance Tuesday, August 17th at 7am PDT / 9am CDT / 10am EDT / 2pm UTC/GMT. Estimated downtime is approximately 10 hours.
You may have noticed several maintenance notices regarding other NCsoft servers moving to data centers recently. Now it's our turn! During this maintenance, the Lineage II game servers are being restarted inside of a new data center. Previously, the North American servers were located in either Los Angeles or Washington, DC. Now, all of the North American servers will be located in Dallas, TX.
All servers (both North American and European) will also be upgrading to new server hardware tomorrow.

If the Live Servers are still laggy after this upgrade, I may just delete that one as well.

Well at least knowing that all the NA servers are going to be in one place will break the rumors of what servers were going to be merged based on their locations.
