I'd like to ask you did we need this merge with such rules?
We played on Teon, most popular server in the game.
As for me, i played since 2005 year, most of this years i played in "big war", i was in permanent pvp since i was 70 lvl.
And what we got?
1) We lost our CH in Aden. We bought it for 50kk 5 years ago. In 2005 it was a huge money! Now we got back this 50kk for CH in Aden! lol!
And after this you say that clan hall distribution is fair? lol!
2) We can't declare war! Why? We're pvp clan since start of our history! Why we need PK etc?
3) We lost our TW badges. In big count. I don't remember exactly how many did i have, but about 500 badges. It's more than 10 TW sieges. It's more than 5 month activity every TW!
Why we lost it? Did we need this merge? On Teon we had enough ppl to action, if ppl from Luna and Franz wanted to join to action they did server transfer for their money! And if those servers became empty why we must suffer from them? Why ppl who made transfer lost their money? Why we lost our CH? It was very difficult to get it 5 years ago! Why we can't declare any war? Why we lost our TW badges?
We made history of this server, of this game! it was our time, our efforts, our history!
You must to help us, You're our support!

but why they think that they can destroy this game that we like?
and in additional to CH distribution: lol! we had this CH first of all servers, when Franz and Luna didn't create! and after that we must to join to lottery!
is it fair?
btw, most ppl, who play in L2 are russian, MOST! and in this "fair" distribution we can't even join to this dumb lottery! why?
mb GMs want that all russian players must go to RuOFF (l2.ru)?

The merge absolutely rocks, and yes, it was necessary too! The reason Russians aren't allowed to participate in the "give away" are legal and out of NCsoft's hands - this is a law issue, not one of favoritism. That's why they came up with the representative option... you do have 1 non-russian in clan, don't you?

1) we have ofc, we're the biggest and oldest clan, but some clans don't have any 1 non-russian, are they bad?
our clan had reach CH and now has nothing, is it fair?
2) dunno why we can't declare war, it's bug, and GMs said that they will no correct it until Tuesday
they said it's unrespect to other playerst to reboot server for 10 minutes, why? i don't know!
i think it's unrespect to most players who can't play this time!
3) as for other questions, likes TW badges for examples - it's without answers till the moment :(
I don't ask GMs to resolve problems right now! But pls! Respect us! We did too much for this game! I think more than you! Can you say even one answer? Can you don't ignore us?
1. Yes, the merge was needed. Bots managed to chase away the vast majority of players this game had. They either went to servers where cheating is not so rampant or better policed other games altogether.
2. No, Teon probably didnt need the merger. Most ppl from EU servers went there, I know heroes that did, after botting all the way up had no challenge in Franz anymore.
3. Luna and Franz badly needed the merger. The fact they merged all EU servers shows that they dont intend to fix the cheating problem and they know more ppl will leave so they try to make next merger as distant as possible and that they are no longer willing to spend GM and development time with L2, it is dead from their point of view.
4. After the dust will settle on this merger and half the ppl would have quit already, there will be more cries for the last merger to happen, and one issue then will be the time of the servers, probably set in mid atlantic or UTC, prepare for the debates and polls then.
Other than this, clan functions not available yet that is the fault of CL that didnt bother to solve the issue in time, CH problem was unavoidable, but could have been solved in a better way, 50 mil for a CH in Aden is laughable indeed...
As the other issues with merger, they are all nice and dandy for bots, lots of PvP, lots of sieges, but disastruos for legits, we will be again the first victims but it is normal NC to care first for the majority and only later, if at all, for the minority.
The results for the Teon merge is dissappointing. Looks like the two other EU servers were more dead then an egyptian mummy.
The merge was obviously bad for Teon, as all we could get was all the players who jumped on the new servers to bot like mad without opposition. So their return hurts more than it helps.
