You can get more up to date information about server transfer ?
Just do not really like a meaningless response "Server transfers will remain unavailable until we arrange the upcoming server transfer promotions."
like in 2 days, 1 week, 1 year? plz... we cant play with 400 ping and miss all event.
1.when server tranfers will be availeble will be free ? (i mean we will pay euros)
2. and we will can transfer and items in inventory or only the items that the toon have (armor,weapon,jwels,adena)
Anyway I think they will allow again only transfer limited items (equipped), limited adena count and quest items. No augments, no pets, no others weapons/armors.

it probably isn't opened up yet as they havn't announced anything.
if all the same server transfer rules apply, there will be ALOT of unhappy people as they were forced into a worse ping server and then are being forced to select the important items/augments from their char that they wish to keep, everything else will be lost.
imo ncsoft needs to revisit the transfer service, as the current rules make no sense after the mergers.

Please allow olympiad books to xfer especially the 83 ones if anything, not fair how servers merged>< and not everyone wants to stay here and has to lose a book that takes months to get.

do you guys know if this transfer will follow the old server transfer rules? or will it be a full account transfer like the merge offered?
with this being a special, 1 time event I would think it would be a full account transfer, but thats just my opinion. this is going off the nature of why the server transfer came up, which was due to the forced merge. i don't see how it would be fair to penalize the players by limiting their transferable items when they had no control over the main server merge and where they ended up.
I always thought the old server transfer rules were put in place to prevent mass transferring of adena/boss jewels/gear from 1 server to another. However, after the merge, i cant see how any single account being transferred will harm the current economics/politics of each server.
free transfer would be very welcome by EU players who suffer in lags now after servers were moved to Dallas...my ping from EU was increased from 100-120 to 190-220 and i experience alot of network (not client) lags even with my FTTH 30/15 Mbit...if there would be free transfer with all items (WH stuff included) i would move all characters to EU servers to enjoy comfortable timezone and events in peak times and continue to play this game (i considered to quit game duu its not playable for me right now)....gl to NCsoft with all their decisions about freetransfers (hopefully good ones)..
