i must admit the gm's latey really improved on their actions and got more active at all.
but still treating the Eula as the untouchable holy grail is just out of time. even the church got hit by reality after 80 years (Casti Connubii (1930) and figured out that their eula is outdated and admited there can be circumstances a condom is usefull ;-). the world, the ppl and the eula are not perfect and sometimes reality overtakes you on the right side, especially if you dont solve a problem thats out there for years now > delegate clanwharehouse and engraving on siege/tw/ch fights. how many threads about in in the game suggestion area?.

a good style of arguing also includes listen to both sides and then judge. aslong one side still has arguments that look valid and the other side does not listen to it there will always a bad smell on that decission because nobody
can see on whats the base for that decission and as a result ppl can expect more
then a "u touched the holy grail, u are screwd"

the reality is they seem to do what they choose - cc where given there clan back remember - so on the one hand they have a eula that on the other hand they seem to ignore when it suits them :-S
ive yet to see anyplace any kind of gm rules like what they can and cant do, ive heard of them teleporting reds to places they can work the red and buffing them i guess u have to be in the right clan to see it first hand idk :(
yup i remember cc and the gezza/dentition issue - but its more about the issue in general isnt fix :/ - every clanleader or almost every clan lvl 8+ leader knows its needs a fix. option 1 > your clanis / ally not happy - option 2 > ncsoft/eula not happy - > option 3 ......... still waiting on that. ncsoft didnt bring up anything so far thats suitable or?

that most have been kind of a flue or disease that overcome ncsoft for a while - looks like atm one botted toon thats been banned counts more then a full intact fun having clan community. better get over that thought - its a nice poll without any impact.
there is just one pollos ^^- cant explain here in official - tried to explain to a gm with a mail about 60-80 lines - the response been 1 line > sy different circumstances - thats all - fell free to pm me and i tell you the full story about ppl suffer and what gm respond
all i know is pollos is a nice guy never seen him post before - so whatever gms did or didnt do my bet is they are being typically consistant in there inconsistancy ><
