So i have finally decided to go knight for GOD.
From the stats from the the other posts, which Race would be best suited for the knight class? Only concerned about pvp and Oly.

You think to much. The destiny thingy is ****. The way players can change class like this and not live with their choice is bs.
Do you even understand why they made those changes? They want it to be easier to balance with less classes. All classes /Race is good. There are no "better" class. Why would they do a better and worse class? So everyone can make a dark elf knight or a human wizard?
Dont think so much and go with what you been playing the past years.
Take any of the 4 Tank Classes you think would been cool.
Paladin is some i recommend. Like this class.
Shillien Knight is also a very fun Tank, more the agro type.
Dark Avenger is also more offensiv and Temple Knight again more defensiv.
About Oly/pvp:
Sorry to say, but first you need 3rd proof + nobless to go into Oly.
And if you face 80+++ ppl you wont have much chance.
Depending on your lvling speed it can be that you cant do oly for a while.
Cos at GoD only AWAKEND ppl that are 85+ can do Olympiad.
Pvp wise Tanks arent killers in most cases. But the ones that dies at last or lol if all are down ^^
I highly recommend you to read the GoD section (especially the Korean LIVE Patch notes) carefully to know more about all.
Also l2rochand is a good fansite (with better infos about skills/etc then official web page)

Now you got me all confused again. . .dunno what to pick now.
Basically i want a character that is mainly will be strong in OLY in GOD, but is ok for solo leveling and pve, i like classes that require high skill instead of gear, will a wizard meet these requirements ?
hope you realize we can only comment on the stuff pre awakening aka up to lvl85 as we don't have GoD here yet and the info we have is far from complete which is why we're all waiting for the NA PTS..
to clarify: pre awakening is a complete different game then post awakening..
try to use search more and watch the youtube vids posted in the below topic for better orientation..

Currently it's an Orc (if you can reach lvl 76 before GoD starts), but it can change at any time. So, don't make your decision only on the expectation on how good your race will be at the beginning of GoD.
