question: items on GoD

I have been following the Sace's blog of God, and just red all about itens on it. Then, i scrolled the patch notes, and something came up:

on blog, it say that all common items existing on game will be turn in Unindentified item that randomly turn into 3 kind of items;

at patch notes, only mention r-grade items in this situation and about unbinding scrolls with only 3 r-grade platforms.

So, my question is: will or not be changed all the items currently on game???
Will the common items turn into unidentified items or not, no matter the grade of them???

All Common Items, regardless of grade, will become Unidentified.
All Items in Stores, regardless of grade, will become Unidentified.
Most Item drops, regardless of grade, will be Unidentified.
Hell, most Items crafted will come out as Unidentified.

what it means undedified ? items that is not for use and best think is to crystal them or its an item that need somehow to unbound them ?
