The Halloween Surprise and Player Commendation events begin.
The Thank You Letters will be sent to players' mailboxes, and the Thank You Gifts will be inserted into the warehouse of the highest-level main class character per server per account. Please note that the 90-day expiration time for the 3 Thank You Gift pack has been removed: these packs are now all permanent.
The Devotee Reward playtime counter for this week will begin, and last until the next weekly maintenance next Wednesday.
All players that participated in the Loyalty Subscription Gifts promotion in the past week will receive their subscription gifts in their warehouse with this maintenance.
All characters' vitality will be refilled. A vitality refill will happen with every regular weekly maintenance.
Please note that this maintenance will begin 50 minutes later than the usual time.

Enjoy playing as long as you can! Each week, characters that log 20 hours of play time will receive a reward, and a character that logs 30 hours of play time will get two rewards! Any character on a full account (not trial, inactive, or closed) is eligible to participate.

Meanwhile, in the real world, people get reasonably upset when something goes over the estimate, regardless of its dictionary definition that they do not need to be reminded of.
People get REALLY upset when you go way over the estimate because that tends to mean you weren't being honest with them in the first place ;)
An estimate is not a guess. It's an educated guess, based on facts that attempts to provide the most precise answer as possible without knowing everything that would allow a100% answer.. If I say I estimate my arrival at 10:00, then everyone expects me to be there at 10:00 or very close to it. It does not mean it's ok for me to get there 5 hours later. We haven't reached that point yet, and the server may well come on 5 seconds after I post this, but we don't need some smart alek giving us word lessons. We know what it means, you know what it means, why do you waste our time with this sophistry?

Sometimes they screw up when running one event, and it bugs up the servers (mass d/c in town, etc.)
This time, they tried running 50 events at once (pumpkin, 1.5 exp, PC points, playtime counter, etc.)
Plus, vit regeneration, Dynasty weapons to people who bought 3+1 plan....

They usually can't even get a single event right. Piling this many events on top of each other, and likely in a very short amount of time in order to have something to distract from the whole no-details F2P announcement ***********, can't be a good thing. :D

i paid and not in time card on all 3 of my accounts like i do every month and yup nothing. so i don't think it has to do with time cards or anything cuz you were suppose to get them no matter if you did 1 month or 3, sub or time card. but like always it didn't end up that way and half get the stuff and half don't. so now you got all these running around selling and trading by time we get ours we won't be able to sell or trade them for our lives, sad really

Hopefully enough people are in a similar situation so we too can trade when we (finally) get ours.
Same problem here: added time cards on my 2 accounts, I even sent an e-mail to NC Soft support asking for confirmation that I was eligible for receiving the dynasty box, they answered YES, I was happy...until 30 minutes ago when I logged to see that there were no dynasty weapon boxes on my accounts...
NC Soft please solve this problem as soon as possible! It is inadmissible!

We have not posted any news about the Innova partnership or the Play Your Way details yet because they have not yet been finalized. Once we are able to, we will release more information. Until then, please avoid speculations and rumors, and please keep questions and discussion about that topic in this thread (http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?t=218352) only.

This only shows what kind of fail is that. You cant finalize NEWS about Innova partnership (delay - 14 days already)...then how much time NC will need to finalize partnership itself? 20 years?

A lot of accounts and a lot of variables for Ncsoft to work through guys..... really give them at least a little time...... and they aren't magically going to appear, a solution will likely require server downtime so just be a little more patient.
That's easy. They ran script that checks account database, and finds last payment. And this script failed in the middle. Actually if failed after few first letters of accont names. Maybe after C or D or so. And now GMs have to decide: to roll DB back for few hours (ouch) and start script again, or to make another script, that will check if account already received a gift (this script will be even harder for server), or to proceed all accounts manually (impossible). I'm really sorry for GMs - that it a hard work to fix half-done script.
Can someone say something about the people that didn´t get the dynasty weapon box and the birthday box and they made the promotional suscription? Like for example me...

This is not serious, especially when so many people rethinking what to do with their European accounts. You should try not to make such mistakes if you still have some minimum of hope that people will stay despite the lack of information after your big announcement in relation to Innova.

OL from my party have end of subscription 16/10 so he sign for promo plan 14/10 for 1 month and dont get reward. Funny thing that now he dont see promo banner on his main account, but second account (on same master account) still have this banner. However second account who also was signed for promo plan got dyn weapon.
