Well I think some people is really confused what's going to happen on Nov 30 (I'm too confused). I wanna know if on Nov 30 there is going to be a new server for all this new players or only Naia and Chronos is going to be GOD.
I don't know if it was any other topic similar or if this was the correct section. I only want answers not attacks on my post.

I think it's a stupid idea about opening new server after 1 month... lol. The servers should start at Nov 30 for new players... so more ppl will come including EU ppl like me

There has be NO OFFICIAL word on any new servers, we are making guesses based on the current servers and because NC West realizes that some will want to start new on a new server that there is a GREAT chance there will be one or two new servers come the 30th.
Again THERE IS NO OFFICIAL WORD you will have to wait till the 30th for any confirmations.
Can't write this in any simple language that this, if you still don't get it, the problem is on your end
There has not been any official announcement for a new server yet (i.e. an announcement like "on December the x-th, there will be a new server"). All they have said so far is that they will monitor the server load and add new servers when they feel it is needed.
So anybody who is saying right now that there WILL definitely be a new server on November 30th is just making wild guesses. The correct answer right now is still "nobody knows what exactly will happen on that day, except that Chronos and Naia will be updated to GoD".
I don't understand why people just keeps making topics about this. It's not important at all if they do or do not add new servers soon. If you're so desperate, just play, and start it all over when a new server is added (if you think there is a reason for that). If you're not so desperate, just wait and see. If you are a noob, please also wait for new servers, so we don't have to see you in Chronos/Naia :D

Well you do know Innova is the Russian company that runs the Russian L2? This post has nothing to do with NcSoft that you posted since Innova isnt NcSoft and another company that bought the rights to Publish L2 in EU and NcWest is only doing NA. Yes NcWest is still letting EU play on there NA servers, but again no official word yes they know for 100% they will have new servers up....thus why they said they will open new servers as they are needed

If it is that way we will had to choose where to go. Anyway i'm asking myself if from this point on will we have the same update to NcWest and Innova or different ones, counting that the management will be different.

What you posted describes that NCSoft West has pulled out of Europe and that Innova, as a completely separate company, now is the official provider of euro L2 servers, but that NCSoft West will continue to run Naia as a euro time server and that existing players will be able to continue playing (and that new players may start on Naia, in the knowledge that Naia is now physically located in the US).
I do not exactly see how that answers the OP's question about whether there will be any new server (ANY new server, he did not talk about a euro time zone server) on November 30th. We still have not had any official word about that, except that NCSoft West will possibly open up new servers at some point in the future. There might be a new server on Nov 30th, or there might be none. We do not know.
I hope there would be at least one new server. We from SEA have been wanting to play this game again since L2SEA closed some years back. And i assure the influx of players from SEA would be massive and to add those from NA/Euro that would like to start fresh on a new server. Hope the Dev. group would consider our request.

Nope, the OP wanted to know if there will be any new official server with the launch of GoD on November 30th. The answer is YES, a new european and official server will be launched, and this is the site about that new server which is called Innova: http://lineage2.eu/it/ It won't be hold by NcWest but it will be an official server anyway, held by a new provider with the proper rights.

He did not talk about an euro time zone server, in fact, like you said, he said "ANY", "any (official) server" doesn't mean "for anybody", so it includes also the new european one, which will be opened FOR SURE by the new european provider. Maybe the guy is european, so he could be interested about this information. Or maybe he's an american people who wants to play in a new, even if european, server.
We still have not had any official word about that, except that NCSoft West will possibly open up new servers at some point in the future. There might be a new server on Nov 30th, or there might be none. We do not know.
Obviously, there won't any new NcWest server (except the fact they could want to spring a surprise on us).
The reason is what you said: there are not official words from NcSoft about a new server. This because the new server is managed by another provider, so NcWest has no reason to publish some news about another official L2 GoD provider releasing a new official server in europe for europeans and non-europeans.

Well, I have to agree, it has to be said. In their site they didn't say when they will open, but i'm pretty sure they will open at November 30th, or some days after it. Also because if you think that NcWest will set their servers free at 30th there wouldn't be time to waste in order not to lose players.
