How long will it take?
When will the GoD client be available on Gamershell? Since torrent download is available there.

We'll post a maintenance announcement later today. What exactly are you looking to know?
Personally I'd like to know when and where I can start downloading the update. My connection isn't the best and I'd like to start as soon as humanly possible :)
Never in the history of Lineage2 have so many errant users been so ornery and quick to post without searching, nor using their given intelligence to figure out the details that should be clear by the given information. it is apparent to me that this is not something that NC will ever be able to solve with simple detail postings of information; honestly theres too much miscommunication this way. people will always fail to search or read previous statements by staff.
Going forward i expect NC will not change their policy on communication. as i see it, it works. the people who can use their intelligence just need to endure the plethora of board faux-pas (thread necromancy etc) in order to keep peace.
To say that is one thing; do actually do it is quite another. patience is a virtue, as is longsuffering.
Give the new players an inch (a couple detailed posts like Sparse gave) and they'll take a mile. they want info and they want it now, and theres no amount of information from an experienced player will do.
You as a poster need to recognize that this game is 7 years old and has a long history of poor NCSoft communication. we've been through a dozen community managers, producers, QA staff, and web teams.
Up until now i could handle being one of the few with a working knowledge of the History of this company; i find myself more and more unable to be so now. Good luck, people. whatever God you believe in, bless you.

These are details that will be included in the maintenance post when that information is ready.
When will the GoD client be available on Gamershell? Since torrent download is available there.
The client will only be available through the NC Launcher, not through external download partners. It should be available starting at about 5am PST (roughly 15 hours from now) when the regular maintenances usually begin. We'll have more updates about this as we approach that time period.
I know everyone is anxious. This is indeed the biggest content update we've ever seen in Lineage II! :D We are working hard to get all the plans scheduled and finalized, and we will post a maintenance notice with the start time and expected duration once the information is ready. Please remain patient. If you have other questions about the launch, please consult the FAQ (http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?t=219249) to see if your question has already been answered. (More questions and answered were add just recently, too.)
