The Goddess of Destruction client will be available for download through the NCsoft Launcher (ftp://ftp.ncsoft.com/Launcher/NCsoftLauncherSetup.exe) approximately when the server maintenance begins.

Items purchased previously from the L2 Galleria can be retrieved from a Dimensional Merchant NPC.
All players that purchased a Destiny Pack of Destiny will receive their assigned Vesper Weapon of Destiny and 10 Destiny Enchant Weapon Scrolls on their highest level character. Find more information about this process in the FAQ (http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?t=219401).
The Vesper Dreams (http://www.lineage2.com/en/news/events/Vesper-Dreams.php) event, including Double XP ends.
A Stone of Destiny will be delivered to all characters level 40 and higher. The Stone of Destiny is a non-tradable items that allows your character to Awaken to any of the eight Awakening classes.
All Nevit's Hourglass items will be removed from the game.
All characters will be moved to Talking Island Village.
All characters' vitality will be refilled. In Goddess of Destruction, Vitality is automatically refilled every week and is shared between cahracters on the same account. As it no longer a manual process that is a part of the maintenance, maintenance noticed will no longer include this mention.

Forgive me for my insolence, but I'm not that good with time zones, and I have not been playing Lineage for some years now so I've lost track of maintenance schedules, its another 6 hours(judging by the time of my post) till the maintenance with the GoD patch begins, correct?

Maintenance begins 9 hours after your post. The post times in forum are CST, you posted at 10pm CST the maintenance starts at 7 am CST

It was my understanding that the Stone of Destiny was given out so that players who had invested such a large amount of time into their characters and did not have a chance to test what their characters would "Awaken" into could chose a different class if they so desired. As such, I just wanted to clarify if new players would have this opportunity as well.

It makes sense to give new players the stone at some point, otherwise it will not be possible for orc/dwarf/kamael tanks on the new server, but the others servers would allow for them.

somehow i doubt that. for two reasons: 1. if it was for players who invested a lot of time they wouldnt have given in to lvl 40's
2. its given 3 times, showing that there will indeed be players who dont like their new class, and will want to reroll in order to change things as patches roll out and because it wouldnt be altogether fair to give it to only some of the population who may wish to return at a later date.
hi guys,I'm a new player here.I already install NCsoft launcher,and there is only Lineage II client (approximately 11GB size),
the question is : do I need to download that client first or I just need to download the GoD client when maintenance begins?

GoD is an add-on to the existing game, and not a separate client. If you wait until the maintenance times and just download then, then you will get the whole game at once.

dude download high 5 client, and when server goes down in however many hours just update the client. It's not going to take 12 hours to update 5 gigs.

You mention the item stone of destiny...
Why there is nothing about the item that allows you change your subclasses?
What about the items that allow you to change element on weapon?

Hi, Innova is Innova, NCWest is NCWest. They are 2 different business entities although NCSoft in Korea is the one issued license/business right to both of them.

Terrible idea, what if I dont have any adena to port to the town where I previously was, and I'll have to do it for every character. Should've made it so only the highest lvl character gets moved.

create a new char and do some quest, in 15 min you have minimum 100k adena ;)
