I'm going to be playing this game on the 30th when it goes f2p, the most I've ever done is tried out private servers to get a feel for the game, anyway, the game is very enjoyable, just the only thing that ever puts me off on this game, especially during PvP, is the "horrid" movement, even the click it self fails at times, I've been playing for 1 week with the free trial on here and it's the same, in which I mean I can get stuck/run into a wall/tree even though I never clicked near it, or when I have clicked into it, It can be a bugger trying to click away.
It's more of a pain during PvP as trying to target someone is annoyingly hard, especially if your a healer trying to either heal someone not in a party or sleep an enemy and switch to heals etc etc, if you miss click, you'll be most likely running into them which can cause suicide at times, so yeah, I'm wondering why this game has yet to introduce a WASD movement system to ease the game experience and make it more playable, I can still play without it just using click, but hell, having the ability to WASD in the game will just make it that much more enjoyable for me.
there already is a WASD system in place however it has two drawbacks: 1. it actually functions much like a FPS where A and D function to turn you around, instead of strafe. so to be truthful it functions like WSQE instead of WASD.
2. when you move the camera you turn around. also, in order to use WASD you have to give up using the numbers 1-12, and use only F keys, or macros for ALT.
if you still want to enable this, go to your system window (alt+X) find the last tab, and checkmark the box beside Enter Chat.
you will now have to hit Enter before chatting and after chatting. careful you dont hit enter too many times or you'll be immobile, typeing wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

Yes, it's ugly, but you will get used to it. Besides, the arrows kinda work (in general, they are worse than click-to-run for this game, but sometimes they can be helpful).

Use shift-click to target something on the run in another direction.

If you can rely on WASD movement, you are not using the game to its full extent.
WASD is only good for first-person shooting games. Have you ever seen WASD movements in real-time strategies? :)

 Only old FPS games used A and D to turn (Doom, Quake, Wolfstein). Current FPS (Even the ones using Unreal 2.5) have A and D to strafe. Still wonder why we don't strafe here and why does it lag when running forward and let go the button, your toon take a few steps back...

Top view / Bad Graphics RPG (Tibia) or First Person RPGs (Wizardly) could use WASD movement easily.
I also liked it when playing WoW, but it works because WoW has a Cursor-Target System, which Lineage 2 don't and WoW don't need that fast reactions or different Skill spamming.
So I guess not having WASD for Lineage 2 and using it only in needed situations is an OK thing...

codiac, the WASD movement is functioning perfectly, with a good keyboard. BUT THE QUESTION IS: can you manage to move your character properly in this kind of game? i hope so.i tried wasd moving but my character moves like a drunken man. wasd system is for shooter games such as counterstrike, callofduty , etc. anyway thers a lot of time for you to learn how to master the mouse
hint: mostly used is leftclick to target, then right click (press & hold while rotating 360o),2x click for fast doubleclicking and then the last the wheel to zoom in, zoom out
ps. i can feel that you are little bit lag in game. pls check your cpu system, ram memories, etc. disk defrag , disk clean up unecessary files, and maintain cpu on or before update to avoid possible delays or lags issues
Seriously. WASD in this game compared to ANY other MMO since Everquest is mildly ******ed.
The reason most people like WASD movement is because it's been the default form of movement in MOST PC games that arent RTS since Wolfenstein.
Try playing Wow with click to move, VS the WASD, it allows for much more controlled and precise movement over the Click to move. Here you get caught on things, or stuck on rocks, or fences etc.
It was one of the things that irked me back when I played in Beta and release, and it still bugs me that they have not decided to add the option and have it be reliable.
Wow has click to move as well, the only person I know who used it was a friend with one arm, and he had trouble in raids with positioning because of it.
Just because YOU like click to move, doesn't mean everyone else does.
Thousand of players have been playing it this way for half a decade and they love it just like that.
Don't like it? > Go back to WoW
Well, lineage 2 its probably one of the most complete games out there right now, why not add WASD for those who like it and point and click for those who like it.
I mean, I know WASD is available but its horrible, really weird of you saying ''Go back to WoW'' when this is actually something NCsoft could work on for those WASD movers.

I don't feel like arguing with a broken record, so I will just post the link to the thread that already explains everything you need to know about the WASD feature of Lineage 2.

It HAS wasd, IF you enable it. If you don't like how it works then that's your problem.
And tens of millions have been playing with WASD controls for more than half decade and they love it.
I loved WASD controls in UT and DeusEx. I would hate it in L2.
The games are different. L2 needs more precise control over many possible actions of your toon, using WASD movements would require a 3rd hand to play the game properly.

I dont see how you think you would need a third hand to play with.
This game isnt very far off from EVERY OTHER MMO on the market.
Well minus the it used to take 2 years to get max level garbage.
Every MMO, I have hotkeys, I press hotkeys to do abilities. I move around.
Only in this one its much more of a pain in the *** to navigate around due to the point to click movement scheme. While it works, and you get used to it, WASD offers a MUCH more precise movement scheme.
I like WASD Movement, you like Point to click. Guess what WOW has both built in. So if you like one use that, if you like the other use it.
The point that is being made here is that the WASD movement has been broken since BETA, and it's not going to get fixed at this point its a limitation of the game engine.
--------------
Now if you were referring to the fact that you can't Cyber with your boyfriend and move, and click **** at the same time without a third hand, then yes you are correct.

Cos it never had it; cos it's a Korean made game; cos they don't care you don't like it and they don't care to imitate western market MMOs, in a way it works because L2 plays like L2 and like nothing else.
It originally had a very basic text interface to display damage, there was no way to assess if you did more damage or not, the health bars were very basic, everything was minimalistic.
I come back after a couple of years, and now everything is on my face, too much windows need to be open; but it still plays the same.
WASD is just kinda there to help you when the mouse interface behaves badly; get used to it, it hasn't changed in 7 years, it won't change ever I think
I looked through every hotkey in the options menu. The setup in this game is a bit different compare to other games.
I asked if where those actions were but you don't have to be a ***** about it.
Now, don't get mad. You come to a proto MMO that actually launched a year and a half before WoW existed, heavily designed to the asian market by a company known to give the finger to their costumers all around the world mechanics wise; programmed on a heavily modified unreal 2 engine, that at the time of launch was both revolutionary and had never before been used in a MMO and would never again (mostly because epic dropped support for it) that has very few if any, loading screens and instances; and then have the nerve to complain it's not made to standards introduced several years after it launched?
Niga please?
Go look at actions, put them on a hotbar, use hotkeys to use them; or get very good at typing since you can use them from the chat window too; or program macros; no other way around it.
Tough I do recall this game used to support Tab for changing targets; maybe they changed it over the years since now it opens the inventory? Or maybe the ¬ key.
At any rate, understand you are playing almost ten year old software; from an era when WinXP had just launched and was about to get its second Service Pack, when Pentium IV was the hottest thing around in hardware and you were real lucky to have over a GB of RAM. It has a lot of limitations.

You know they say that the amount of transistors on a microchip doubles every 18 months, effectively doubling the amount of processing power of computers every time.
So that's what... 7 years.. 84 months.. 18 month intervals.. just over 4.5 times that technology has doubled since it was released. So computer power grew 900% in the time since it's release?
In reality, if you don't work with computers and software in that respect, I can see where people don't really understand what is being said. There are still a lot of people that think computers work on magic, and not just an electric current and some relays turning on and off.
Please show us proof that you are a ncsoft developer and have been working with the l2 engine, and KNOW BY FACT that there is no way to fix the currently in place WASD.

Ignorance and stupidity detected. It's thots like this from the DEVs themselves and players that keep people away and curse this awful ignorant community we have. That's one of the biggest reasons you don't see as much servers as before. Because it's THEIR problem.
A game is suposed to PLEASE the player. Not LIMIT him/her.
The wasd is actually broken in the literal sense of the word BROKEN. When you press to go front, ur char either: doesn't walk or walks but when you stop using the "front" key the char -alone- walks back close to the initial position.
The wasd is very welcome when char is stuck on some rock, or going through the countless -still in loading process- shops.
Please show us proof that you are a ncsoft developer and have been working with the l2 engine, and KNOW BY FACT that there is no way to fix the currently in place WASD.
Unless you show proof, out you go.
If you won't listen to me and accept what I say, and just take it on a hint that I do know what I'm talking about..
Answer me this: Why has NO private server EVER made Lineage 2 have a more modern WASD function, when so many have changed other aspects of this game that retail has never done?

Really that's just you being angry and bitter. The real reason is because L2 had a terrible time with bots and adena farmers back just after launch and pretty much forever after. That had a much bigger stigma than the community ever did.
If you won't listen to me and accept what I say, and just take it on a hint that I do know what I'm talking about..

No need to say anything else, just move along.
Thank you for proving my point. You have no idea what you are talking about, move along.
And FYI, just because some script kiddies fail to fix WASD in their java private servers does not mean ncsoft can't fix it themselves. Just something to think about.

Are you serious? Dude, pull your bloated head out of your ***.
There are some private L2 servers that have literally re-coded almost everything about the game. And I mean everything. To the point that when you login, it's a faction based game. They've created things that even the retail servers don't offer and it's not using Java. There are L2Off (L2 Official) servers, meaning they use the same files as the official servers, yet the game is so drastically different than retail, it's almost a new game. But you know the one thing that has never been modified or changed in ANY L2 server (and there's been hundreds, if not thousands of them, and that's the WASD features!)
Do yourself a favor. Research something before you let those little fingers run rampant on your keyboard. Take 10 minutes and use Google to figure out what the hell you're talking about, and then come back and say you're sorry for being a mouth-breather.

EDIT: I have decided to be the best man here and give the little kids their cookies. You don't work for ncsoft, you don't know what they are able to do or not. Unless I see an announcement from NCSOFT that they cannot fix the current wasd settings because of engine limitations I will keep thinking the way I do. And when the day comes with said announcement I will gladly apologize to you for my 'ignorance'.
PS: I have yet to see any proof from you which indicates you are the lead programmer for lineage 2 NCSOFT or shown facts of why the wasd can't be fixed. Good bye!
Ohhh looks like I hit the jackpot, someone be super jelly! :D so, you still have no proof for me, that ncsoft can't fix the wasd? please stop being so dramatic when you're proven wrong. And next time you post, please less flaming or I will have to report you.
The funny thing is, I give you more proof than you can refute, and all you can do is threaten me with reporting me?
Like I said before. I blame the education system for you. It gave up on you, and look at you now.

I know; there is one reason NCsoft Korea went with Cryengine for AION and UE3 for Blade and Soul; and it's precisely engine limitations; the UE2.5 engine L2 is using simply cannot be modified easily to make use of the newest hardware; that's why you don't see good crossfire support and the such.
another thing kiddies choose to ignore: L2 is a game designed around webcafe play in KOREA; there was a long time when you couldn't run it on 64 bit OS, when it refused to even run on Win7; it is still running on DX9.0 so your current day videocard struggles with it since its very unoptimized.
There is also the FACT, that WASD was thrown in and never really cared about by the development team. This is a game from before WASD in MMOs was a thing.
Hell, originally it didn't even have autorun or toggle sit/stand/walk even; one "big" reason it didn't catch on with western audiences is that it completely locks the GUI out of modifications, you can't do mods for it in your spare time.
You can change the values, the quests, the damage and the general behavior of mobs; you can change the classes around, but not the actual interface with the game because it is hardcoded.
But I don't think these guys understand, that a game almost 8 years old that no one has been able to completely crack; means something: this is the way the developer intended/programmed the game to work; WASD is just kind of there, and it is obnoxious to use because the devs don't want you to use it to play; if they did, if the Korean people - you know, the guys who comprise 90% of the L2 market - wanted it, they would pressure NCsoft to change it.
Guess what, they like it, or at least they are used to it. AION "tanked" because of this; over there it is not attractive; over here it has the stigma of being "that game from the L2 guys" and having the same or worse botting problems; I know I left because of the bots but I have been tempted to return since they updated the engine, maybe later I will try it.

Actually l2 did run fine under64 bit OS......and even Win7. But you needed to understand the new right system of Win Vista and Seven in order to do so. Since this is still beyond the majority of people they adjusted a few flags..
I agree on the old engine part. It's too much work to get it running and needs core altering of the engine. It's probably cheaper to adapt to a new Unreal engine Version. But they choose not to invest any money in that for Lineage2. (Unlike in Aion where they did upgrade the old dx7 farcry crytek1 for an more stable version (no not crytek2!).)
Their fault was they did not bother to deactivate WSAD after Korea closed BETA in june 2003. They played around with features like arrow trail cam, wsad movement and jumping. given the nature of the engine.
And Lineage2 always had a toggle for WALK/Run and sitting. And as always done the l2 way with a button under "alt+C" to map to your bar. Sitting was the only way to regen at all pre- prelude during closed and open beta 2003! Mages even used the old exploid to shop/sit instand regen for getting at least some mana for ol mahum camps.
Interface got an complete flashier overhaul with C3. However it also reduced into functionality. In start to C3 you could resize the width of the chatbox. It's hardcoded but they could have changed it for GOD - granted if they wanted to invest in it. It has been done before.

This attitude will get you nowhere. You are in no position to demand and given the track record of an 8 year old game they will not change WSAD functionality just now because some english gamers want it.
I dont see how you think you would need a third hand to play with.
This game isnt very far off from EVERY OTHER MMO on the market.
It is. And there is a reason why we play L2, and not "EVERY OTHER MMO on the market".
Every MMO, I have hotkeys, I press hotkeys to do abilities. I move around.
Below is a typical example of a L2 GoD healer shortcut panel.
As you can see, the F1-F7, `-7 and Q-Y key ranges are taken for skills that may need to be cast ASAP.
F1-F4 is the skills that need the most attention, it's where the fingers usually rest. If these skills cannot save the situation, there are F5-F7 in very fast reach.
` is resurrect, 1 is noble buff. They are used if F1-F7 didn't help. 2 is recharge (it is nerfed in GoD, you cannot be sloppy with it anymore). 3-6 are debuffs that you will routinely use on your enemy in PvP/PvE.
3rd row is for skills that might be used used less often, but still need to be in the fast reach. Q is a healing tree, E is assist, and RTY are nukes (they lower aggression of mobs toward the healer, and the nuke at R pushes healer's target back).
And Space is mass-cleanse, C is Quick Healing Potion spam key and V is "make the mobs passive and add runspeed" skill.
Now tell us, if you are in a PvP party or in a PvE party on a hard spot, would you prefer a healer that uses the keyboard like shown before and moves with a mouse, or do you prefer a healer that keeps the left hand on "WASD" to be able to move?
Only in this one its much more of a pain in the *** to navigate around due to the point to click movement scheme. While it works, and you get used to it, WASD offers a MUCH more precise movement scheme.
No, moving around is not the hard part of the game, lol.
While I can understand embarrassment of the new players not being able to run mindlessly through the Talking Island without being stuck in some features of the landscape, their real challenge will happen later, when they find that they need to use their toons' skills in a more complex way than just by mouse-clicking or keyboard-holding the F1 or F2 key.
And let them reserve their judgement about L2 movement system till that time.
I like WASD Movement, you like Point to click.
Wrong. I like WASD movement in the games it belongs to. The games where the keyboard buttons are enough for all the skills you may need in immediate reach, and your toon can stop and wait till you move your hand or mouse to the rest of your skills.
L2 is just not one of those games. At least if it's played properly.
The point that is being made here is that the WASD movement has been broken since BETA, and it's not going to get fixed at this point its a limitation of the game engine.
It's not. DeusEx was built on this engine and had WASD movement and no click-to-move. UT was built on this engine and had WASD movement and no click-to-move, so it's not even the limitation of the server.
There will be no "proper" support for WASD movement because the Korean player base doesn't request it from the Korean developers. Because there is no point. People that need WASD movement to play this game won't be successful in it anyway.
Because? It will directly interfere with the combat system.
In l2 your character "Stops" for each hit he does, he does not move. That way you could always run away when not slowed at same speed. After one attack the gap could not been closed.
In MMO's with WSAD there is no such thing. You can bunnyhop while executing attacks unless they required you specifically to be stationary.
How awkward would l2 feel with WSAD and forced stopping with each hit while chasing a target?
No you want free movements then, or at least for autoattacks but this will also ruin the sync of combat animations.
This leads to more big changes in the whole animation frame handling.
On top of that you would need a better handling of lag for minimum skill and attack range. This means a complete overhaul of the skill system.
There is a reason we do not have WSAD working properly outside of being a help for stuck movement. NCSoft does not want to commit many ressources for this, and besides click to move works still. But at this point, it's probably cheaper slapping l2 textures and models over aion than fixing wsad.
Answer me this: Why has NO private server EVER made Lineage 2 have a more modern WASD function, when so many have changed other aspects of this game that retail has never done?
.
Simple, changing NPCs functions and creating events is a rather "easy" thing for most experienced developers, and most of these are just l2j which is already a base for all. I know few who work on c++ at l2offs that would not change the wasd funtion simply cause it's too time consuming, unprofitable and hard. That would be redesigning a game to it's CORE.
Changing skills and manipulating events is not the same as changing CONTROLS.
NO priv server dev will ever know the game as much as the original developer.
Btw you claimed i showed bitter, and yet SHE showed bitter and distaste for a player who wants to improve the game through possible sugestions, yet you come to me. You should re-think your priorities.
It is. And there is a reason why we play L2, and not "EVERY OTHER MMO on the market".
Yet with every expansion L2 mimics other MMOs. And really, if L2 is going to get anywhere beyond a very small game, it can't ignore something tens of millions of players have been used to for so long, not just MMO players.
Thats like making an FPS game and only allow arrow keys just because it used to be like that.
Below is a typical example of a L2 GoD healer shortcut panel.
And so what? Keep using that. That someone else has WASD controls wouldn't prevent you from using your shortcuts. You say that you wouldn't want them in party, then don't party with them, though hell, know a lot of players who use a lot less shortcuts than you do.
Its all down to choice. Just like you can chose to quest or grind a lot of time. (see thats a new invention of GOD, L2 used to not be like that)
While I can understand embarrassment of the new players not being able to run mindlessly through the Talking Island without being stuck in some features of the landscape
Click and forget is a lot more mindless than keyboard controls.
their real challenge will happen later, when they find that they need to use their toons' skills in a more complex way than just by mouse-clicking or keyboard-holding the F1 or F2 key.
Considering that its only 4 keys, its hardly a challenge to find 4 less items to use.
Wrong. I like WASD movement in the games it belongs to. The games where the keyboard buttons are enough for all the skills you may need in immediate reach, and your toon can stop and wait till you move your hand or mouse to the rest of your skills.
It works just as well in just as complex games as L2 and hell, you can move backwards, something you can't even really do in L2 properly.
L2 is just not one of those games. At least if it's played properly.
You are not really the judge of how this game is "played properly". That is up to the individual players.
People that need WASD movement to play this game won't be successful in it anyway.
Then let them not be successful. You're not more worth than they are as a player. None of us are. Its about having a choice and if you chose not to use WASD, then just don't use it.
You are in no position to demand and given the track record of an 8 year old game they will not change WSAD functionality just now because some english gamers want it.
He can demand just as well as the thousands of players who have been demanding things since Beta.
Considering its a major obstacle to L2 obtaining any success, its no small thing either.
Hard to believe there are so many people rabidly defending this.
Definitly a severe case of fanboyism.
Is it so painful to admit the obvious?
Anyway, its pretty obvious why it is broken.
The movement commands are sent to the server and then the server works out where you are and tells the client.
In every other game I can think of (even eq which predates this by about 4 years, and d2 by 3 years), the movement commands move you within your client, and then the client tells the server where you are. Allows for the possibility of speedhacks, but at least you aren't lagging as you try and move around.
I also suspect a lot of these fanboys are playing with really low pings and have no idea how frustrating it can be to move around some places. (ie trying to get to samed in gludio through that narrow corridor)
Now tell us, if you are in a PvP party or in a PvE party on a hard spot, would you prefer a healer that uses the keyboard like shown before and moves with a mouse, or do you prefer a healer that keeps the left hand on "WASD" to be able to move?
Plenty of games that have tons of hotkeys for healers (try a RK in lotro, probably one of the most complex healing classes for any mmo) and people who use wasd do just fine. Usually the healer isn't moving around anyway, and for those fights when it happens you only need w for almost all of the fights.
Personally I judge a healer on their results, not what hotkeys they use. In any case if they have trouble using both the mouse is still there.
You want to punish the whole class because 1 student (who you can choose not to group with) might get it wrong.
WASD + Nostromo Speedpad with hotkeys and CTRl/ALT modifiers= Win.
Lets all just agree to disagree at this point, Some people Like WASD, Some people like Point to click. Just like some people like Pepsi, some people like Coke. You will NEVER convince one side or the other that they are correct.
It's all about personal preference.
That being said.
I played in the beta, I complained about the WASD controls being horrible 8 years ago.
I was told that it is a limitation of the engine that they use for Lineage 2, there's no point arguing about it at this point.
You do get used to it, it just takes time after playing a newer more polished MMO such as WoW, Rifts, or Aion.
If you like Lineage, and you want a newer game I would try out AION, its VERY similar.

Im pretty sure that every decent pvp fight i've seen or been in, the healer was not just standing there. That's a good way to get yourself and the rest of the party killed. I think a lot of you that want wasd so bad need to stick it out a bit until you go to your first siege or experience a real group pvp situation before you go all emo over wasd.

Not really; some other western games have crappier interfaces with WASD support, that doesn't make them more successful.
What kept L2 from being a hit all over the world (it is still bigger than life in Korea) is the fame it has: a PKer botter heaven where GMs do nothing.
And we know the GM doing nothing is because you are supposed to self police from PKers, but the botter problem was a big one and rampant.
Most people can even learn to deal with perma PK players, but not with rampant botting, and the botters were in the starter towns, where you notice them the most.
Nowadays, it's more of the fact it has very limited customization, archaic controls overall wich WASD won't fix and poor hardware escalation. But no, WASD alone isn't keeping L2 from being a hit among kids.

Look, you're not wrong... but you're not right either. 8 out of 8 people so far I have asked to play the new F2P L2, have told me that they would not play it because it does not support WASD. Even when I told them that it DID had wasd they would say the game is probably full of gold farmers are not worth the try. I am just saying here, as someone that has been playing may different type of MMO's that fixing wasd might actually encourage new people to try out the game. And let's face it, the only reason L2 went f2p is because the servers were dead and in need of a population boost.

Are the people you asked big fans of western MMOs? Have they ever played asian based ones? Maybe they only know WASD movement woW like and they can't or won't make the change over.
I play both system indistinctly, I understand one game is one way, other game is other way; in fact I'd like more L2 GUI features ported over to other games; like whisper and channel commands; other games I have to fully type /whisper and name of the toon every time; here I just type " and I can cycle through names I have whispered to with ease, I can be in clan chat, and send a whisper, shout, or talk in normal chat by just erasing/changing one symbol, instead of having to switch chat windows or type in long commands.
What's more easy to remember and convenient to use?
One symbol to change chat, or having to type a long command?
WASD "lacking" when in turth for L2 should be no WASD at all is not a main issue; not with a game this old.
And it only went f2p here, not in Korea; L2 is far from "dead"; want to blame someone for the bombed lifetime? old NCWest management, who refused to promote the game heavily, never dealth with bots, basically encouraged buying adena/items online.
Hell not even the PK heavy nature of the game (it does attract the less graceful crowd) is not enough to deter heavy RP inclined people, as the lore is extensive and deep if you know where to look for it.
But no, NCWest let the game kinda coast on the PvP gameplay and never bothered to dispel/fix the botters/ebayers fame the game has.
To be quite honest, I loaded the game up, liked the look of it and the general story behind it, but after about 20 seconds ingame with the 'current' WASD control, and the (ugh) pnc form(Point and click, sorry, is for top down games, NOT dynamic games where you want fluid precise movement control) I had to quit.
The lack of 'FPS' style controls wrecks this game imo. It would feel much more natural with WASD/fps style interface.
Play DDo for a bit, and you will see how console/pc hybird WASD controls make a game what it is(best combat in ANY game out there hands down)

That's good.
L2 is not for people that don't want to learn to play.

Have you ever been in a L2 PvE group yet? Which role did you play? Did the point and click movements hamper your ability to fulfill the role efficiently?

If you dont like point and click then you wont like League of Legends, Heroes of Newerth or Diablo 3 which are/going to be big hits in the west and they are only point and click, while some ppl have friends that only like WASD most of my friends play WoW and Moba style games and they understand how L2 works without any problems, when a friend of mine came online he even told me it worked like League of Legends which it does that is the sort of gameplay this game aims for.
This is not a twitch jump around sort of game no more than League of Legends or Diablo 3 will put in WASD controls. Get over it!
