This is a donation item. What's the problem? I've already saw him and another players with weapons of destiny.
BTW, I've killed this dude yesterday. The dagger does not makes miracles :cool:

Q: Are the Vesper Weapons of Destiny and the Elegia Weapons permanent or do they expire after a certain time?
A: The weapons are permanent.
