I never had lags on Shilen since the very beginning. Dunno where you people play from and I am from an East EU country (we are not amongst the richest and I doubt we have the best connections).

There was HUGE laggs before the crash. This happened 2 days ago too... Same lagg, same crash.
The Stone of Destiny (http://www.lineage2.com/en/news/events/stone-of-destiny-event.php) will be delivered to the warehouse of every character level 76 or higher that has not already received a Stone of Destiny.
Vesper Weapons of Destiny will be distributed to the players that bought the Destiny Pack during the Preview Promo's grace period (http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?t=220993&highlight=grace).
On Shilen and Magmeld only: The issue of duplicate characters being created has been fixed. All level 1 characters with duplicate names on the same server will be deleted, reducing the characters at the Character Selection screen down to 2. On each game account per server, the character with the oldest creation date will be untouched and will retain its name. If there are still duplicate characters on the same server but they are level 2 or higher, their name will be adjusted with a number suffix at the end. If you have a character that gets a number suffix added to their name after this maintenance, you may request a courtesy character name change from the support team (https://help.ncsoft.com/app/ask).
