haven't seen the CM's that active around lately as you have been in the past.You rly have to start some Threads to answer many things that get posted over and over again.
Q1. BOTs
They are back even more powerfull as in the past.
(and don't try the usuall thing since hell, i have met tons of bots already and many ppl petion them a couple of times w/o any success)
A1) There is always a rise in spammers and cheaters when there is a popular and major game update. We have staff monitoring the servers around the clock, reading bot reports, checking the towns regularly for spammers, etc. We are taking action and we have said so before. Hopefully the results will soon become obvious to you and other players.
Q2. Hacking
There has been a massively incr. of Acc hacking.
(also there is a char that mostly is the recipient of the adena/items)
A2) If a player gets hacked, they must contact support, and we help them regain their account and right the wrongs as best as possible. Account security is a player's responsibility as well as the systems.
Q3. EU Server
(Rly we are all bored of the tons of polls etc about that. Any updated statement (sticky ^^) would prevent all that)
Finally say if you are allowed to open EU Servers with US Loc or if your not !!!
A3) We have heard much about this topic and we have responded many times that it is currently not possible. We are exploring other ways to accommodate the EU player population.
Q4. BUG/Exploit of the BUY/Sell shop

This needs to be fixed ASAP.
Even if it's "working as intended" forward it to NCK ASAP to change that. There are a lot of ppl that lost all their money already.
Remember not all are perfect in english and if a SELL Shop is Yelloy, well it should be a buyshop in fact.
A4) This is a known bug and we are still waiting for a fix. In the meantime, reported players that are proven to have used this method are dealt with individually.
Q5. Naia log-in problem
Any word about a solution would blow.
Can't be that we have to waste like 15min++ to get into game. This destroys most parties when it comes to xp and d/c.
(for example we did Tezza and 12 of 28 ppl d/ced while we got ported into the final room. Then many could log back for several minutes)
A5) The experience players are having could be caused by various issues. We have seen crashes on Naia and other servers and we work to get them back up as fast as possible.
Q6. EU CM+GM
This rly needs to be done.
Most of your censorship is useless since hey, we are many EU players that already read all the posts.
Also not having any EU times support sucks.
A6) I'm not sure if you mean EU language CM+GM or EU timeframe CM+GM. We already have 24/7 staff in the support team, but we do hope to expand the team, too, so that responses come faster around the clock. I do not believe we will get staff for other languages as we only support an English NA version of the game.
Q7. the Human stats problem
We need some clarification about the HP issue via CON compared to other classes.
Also there got posted that a DE Nuker has more cast speed as a Human Nuker.
(And don't tell me to open a ticket, cos many ppl did and recived only unprofessional and clueless responds)
- Let some1 do some tests with pre-god to god settings.
- Ask NCK about this problem if it's rly working as intended + WHY ??? Cos there is no reason for
A7) This bug has already been forwarded for testing and we are waiting on a response.
Q8. GOD Updates
- Harmony WHEN? any ETA etc.

A8) No information about this at this time.
Q9. PLS update your infos about the Forum Cookie Issue since they still happen often
A9) This issue has been going back and forth. Personally I've seen a great improvement since the last fix over a week ago, but I know that the web team is also working more fixes and improvements all around.
Q10. PLS PLS get ur Website up-to-date.
No R Wep etc infos, NO detailled Library etc.
- Give us an ETA or something like that pls.
A10) We certainly have plans to expand the website and library but we cannot give an ETA on this at this time.

Sorry for my hasty first response. It's true that more staff would help us improve all the areas that you mention, and I sure do hope we get some more so that we can offer better service and assign staff to dedicated tasks.
Please note that I do read the forums and I am aware of these threads and topics. A lack of response does not signify absence or that we are not aware of the issues. There may not be responses to some because there is no response sometimes, we've already responded on the topic, the topic is already been researched/tested/bugged/etc by other teams and we need to wait, or various other reasons. We are hoping to accumulate various questions in the form of an FAQ that addresses many topics, but this, too, is a project that cannot be done instantly.
