SA (Special Ability) on Bound Weapons

Hi everyone, hope you guys can help me out. Actually I have 2 questions.

Yesterday I got a Staff of Evil Spirits from a Weapon-B bag. Then I removed the seal (identified it) wishing it to have Bless the Body lvl5 as its SA. Nope, ofc, i got some sort of poison curse. Anyways, I used one of the event scrolls to seal it back to see if by opening it again te SA would change.

So here are the questions:

1) When we seal an item back to its Unidentified status, once we open it again, will we get the same SA we got previously on the first attempt?

2) I tried to remove the SA of a bound weapon on the Black Marketeer of Mammon, but couldnt, the item doesnt show up on the list.

The SA is random. You can remove SA only from Standard items.

One aditional question thou:

How to get these scrolls to re-seal an equipment? Only via santa's event? How will get them after jan 11 when the event ends?

Good questions...I'm still searching for a way to obtain them.

I am worried too. Thanks, Tiferet, for your time and effort. My google skills let me down and it seems impossible to find any detailed information about this bound system on the official website. :(

One of the rewards listed is "Unbind Scroll of any grade up to R95"

By Specters of Light and Santa Girl's Boxes from Socks (removed so count on specter).
